I get a message that there is no service and so do my incoming callers. This never happened with my other phones. It could be a coincidence since it seems like a network issue but it started the same week I bought it.

Being unfamiliar with all of the phone’s capabilities and how to use all the app’s available it looks like I’ll be on a fast track learning curve for the immediate future. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend everyone to feel safe in purchasing this product.
