As a previous owner of Galaxy S5 and S7, I found this phone easy to navigate. The only thing I was less than pleased with is the location of the finger print sensor. It's too close to the camera lens in my opinion, causing smudges and effecting picture quality. Other than that, it's perfect for me.

The battery was disappointing, great camera I am still learning certain things. But at least it rings which my Galaxy 7 did not.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 has lots of great features and the camera is awesome! There is one drawback of not Zagg glass shield friendly.

Loves this phone. Runs smoothly and was easy to understand. Packed with so many features that I am still learning.

Nice phone has a lot of options. Easy to use and figure things out especially since I had a apple phone for years

I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S 9 phones as upgrades to our existing Galaxy S 7 phones. The online rep at Best Buy made the purchase seamless and when the phones arrived the transition from our former phones to our new phones with our carrier was so simple. Thank you!

My wife had a Galaxy 8 that wouldn't hold a charge anymore that she loved and didn't want to change phones. Now that she has had her S9 for awhile she likes it even better and it's her favorite color, purple. Found a Spigen case that matched the color almost perfectly too.

So far it has been great. Better than the s5 that i had. Only negative is change from micro to type c port.

Can't give it a 5 star, too many preloaded apps but other than that it's a great phone. Camera is awesome!

I have always had an i-phone but they have become so expensive. After speaking with several people that worked at the store as well as friends, I decided to try the Samsung Galaxy. I did not have any problems adjusting to a new system and I love my new phone.

Our salesperson was AWESOME- she helped us get the the right phone for our needs, brought in the Sprint specialist, found out about the 'senior discount', transferred the contacts and all, and stayed past her exit time to make sure we were good. Great job!!

Not too different from the Samsung Galaxy S7 but with new features such as Bixby and better battery life.

Got this phone as an upgrade from my Galaxy S6. My old phone was slow, out of space, and the battery was dying. It was cheaper to get a new phone than replace the battery on the old phone. I've always had Galaxies and have no complaints about this one!

Absolutely love the Samsung phones. Started with the S5 and have upgraded every 2 years because it is the absolute best phone of any i have used previously. Simplicity of use and freedom of world wide use not tied to one specific family of goods.

Not a lot to complain about. overall great phone. Bought it on the black friday deal which was amazing. My complaints (mostly opinions): I'm not really a big fan of the AR emoji thing. They are kind of ugly actually & pretty lame/basic. I also don't like the way they've only been making a curved screen with no option for a normal screen. Last complaint would be that I feel as though the battery life goes by really fast.

Got this one for my boyfriend. He loves it! Really sleek..still have to play with the features.

Love this phone and takes good photos. Haven't had any problems with the phone either.
