I really like this phone. Sleek design on the body & it runs smoothly. Fast operating system & the new set up is easier to navigate. The only draw back is when transferring from my old phone, the audio playing music through pandora, spotify, etc. sounds crackily and distorted. Seems like others are having the same issue. I have attempted to fix this per instructions on the samsung board & no one at best buy or samsung at customer service is aware of the issue so they are no help.

I needed to upgrade from my Galaxy S6 and chose to go with the Galaxy S9+ - I'm a big fan of Samsung and the Galaxy line to begin with, and the GS9+ didn't disappoint. No more physical home button, it's all on screen. Swipe one hand left to right to take a screenshot - no more having to press 2 buttons at the same time for a ss. The camera is awesome also. And I'm loving the beautiful purple color of my phone as that's my favorite color. Overall, 5 stars!

this phone is faster and more sleek than the prior generation of galaxy phones. more storage is a definite plus too not being able to swap out the battery however is not an upgrade. still a good value for a higher end cell.

This is the first "big" phone that I have purchased. I was concerned that it may be challenging since I have primarily a one handed user. I was right. While I love the size of it and I love the phone, holding it safely is difficult. Samsung phones are amazing and this one delivers! The battery makes it through the day and that makes me very happy! I came from a google pixel and the battery never made it thru the day.

Love the large screen. The battery charges quickly and has a long life. Pictures are amazing.

After years with Apple, we decided to switch to Android and the Samsung Galaxy 9+ specifically. I have 2 teenage sons and they wanted to switch because most of their friends have them. No biggie. From the short time we've had them, there are some advantages and some disadvantages to the phones, but mostly it's just different approaches to the same features. The screen is beautiful, the pictures it takes are beautiful, and the phone speed is impressive. We don't see much of a difference in data speed, but that could be a Sprint thing and not phone specific. The major negative to me is that it seems much more invasive than Apple. Something I never would have thought for sure. However, out of the box it tries to tie everything together and seems to monitor your usage to where it can recommend things. Not necessarily bad, but I would prefer to opt into all that instead of it making me opt out. It is less restrictive than Apple with apps and accessibility, which was the main selling point to me. So all in all, happy with them, but not a huge difference between Apple and Samsung at this point. Even the price points are too similar to give one the edge over the other.

The Galaxy S9 Plus is all around a great phone. Everything from battery life to the camera is excellent for my needs. The only real (and fairly minor) complaint I have is the curved screen. This is mainly only a problem when watching videos because the video is warped on the top and bottom. Nevertheless, I have since gotten used to the strange curve to the point that I barely notice it anymore.

I will continue to buy Samsung phones! They are reliable and the company stands behind what they sell. This Galaxy 9+ has lots of features which you can see on their website. I like the 6.2" screen and with the 4K display, the colors are really vibrant. The sound quality is even better than anything that I have had before. If you are looking for a new phone, this is the one! Hands Down!

I was on vacation and having issues with my old phone. I saw the deal online from best buy that basically allowed me to own the phone in 2 years for a lot less (about 1/2 price) than the Sprint store who wanted me to lease the phone at a higher payment. I've gone 2 days without having to recharge the phone, and have way more storage pace than my old phone.

Upgraded from the luvly galaxy S5. Missing some of the easy features I love on my old phone as deleting multiple messages. Stupid bixby side button interfering everytime I take a screen shot or just by accidentally pressing it. Miss having little rotating picture widgets on homescreen. Much larger and heavier. Love the big screen and speaker. More security! So many ways to customize keyboard, apps and always on visuals. Had trouble downloading everything from last phone could'nt update app from SD card. Also the slot is so flimsy. Let's you know if moisture got in charge port until dry. Fast charging. Love blue light filter! Dont like that location stays on but hidden from top so I forget to turn off. Too many buttons to go thru when trying to text a number not in contacts. However accidentally calling someone is not a problem anymore unless u press it twice n the right spot. There are two screens to go thru just to see a quick message before unlocking phone..annoying sometimes but its better security.

This is an awesome phone. It is very intuitive and takes great pictures. The best thing about it is the enhanced quality of videos. I would recommend. Galaxy gets better and better. The only complaint (and i did not deduct a star) is access to insert the sd card. Once the access door is open, there is no positive indication the sd or sim card is secure.

I liked the s7 edge, but this is way better. Smoother operation, better camera(fun to play with the super slow mo) and way better battery life. Got a great deal on trading in my s7 edge and on the s9 plus price. I highly recommend it to anyone. If you like a headphone jack and expandable storage, you might even like it better than an I phone
