Tags work like a charm, if they get wet you can just replace the battery by opening it up and putting a new 2032 coin battery in it and they start working again! So far I've had them for about a year and I have no complaints. Once I upgrade to the 23 ultra this next year I will probably try out the tag pluses since they have an extended range. But since I was not planning to make that upgrade for a couple years it was worth saving the $10 since I don't have a Samsung 21 or newer phone or iPhone that supports it. It is also worth getting a a silicone cover or whatever cover you have available to you or using some sort of vinyl to protect it just to keep it from getting scratched up and everyday wear and tear especially if you keep it in your pocket like I tend to do.

Great product. Hooked it up to my keys and whenever I lose them I always find them right away.

Cute looking and small enough. Does what it is supposed to do. I was a bit concerned about not enough Galaxy users nearby for offline finding, but I have tested out in my city; it works great everytime, because there are a lot of Galaxy users nearby with Smartthings Find Network. Very nifty and cool tech. Great gifts idea for your Galaxy friends and family too.

I purchase this tag to put on my car keys. Its smaller than my car key so looks good. Works great with my note 20. Easy to track my keys, also has different ringtones you can use when search for it. Its a great feature because if you can see what you tracking, you be able to hear it. Also works with google maps.

Great product. Sometimes tracking it is difficult if not in range of other device's but easy to use. Battery is replaceable. Discreet. App to use is uncomplicated

I love these smart tags! Easy to set up, update, change batteries when needed and when Samsung says you can track these at a distance, it's no joke. I put one of these in my luggage when flying - or any time my bags or not at arm's length. I put one in my backpack just in case and have one on each set of my keys. Batteries last at least 2 years and the smart things app will let you know when it's time to change them. WAY too easy to NOT use to track your valuables.

I purchased this device for my car key fob because I lost one recently. The set-up was super easy which took less than a few minutes. Fortunately, I have not had the need to use this device to look for my key fob and hope never will. However, as I tested its tracking capability, it seems to work very well within the proximity of my house. Ironically, I actually miss placed my cell phone and used the device to locate my phone. For the ease of locating my phone, and the amount of time and frustration it saved me, the purchase was well worth it!

I use these tag as my Car tracking device and it works pretty well. THe only thing is the battery die a bit quick. overall it's a nice tag

Great tag put it on my keys and i have to say if you pair it with your samsung phone it pairs super easy and it works .i have lost my keys multiple times and it has saved my neck more then once I have a total of 3 tags on multiple items

If you own a Samsung phone this is a perfect device it works very well to get you to the approximate location and then when you’re close by has a good search for action to assist in finding

Good product to put on stuff to track made loud enough noise to hear. Wish there was a way to change the ring tone on your phone when you press the tag to find it and wish it had an official IP rating for dust and water

Works as advertised. My solution to keep track of my dog if he's ever lost. Battery lasts months and tracking map easy to use.

Attached tag to keys to help locate them when they seem to "disappear". Very easy to use. Works great with Samsung S20 plus. Features are handy also, to find phone or the other two programable functions from the center button.

The item is simple to activate, quickly syncs. I bought two and was able to customize them. I like the customization of sounds, accuracy of where it is far away and as well close by. Also shows the status of the battery. Will last about a year based on the manual, even so, it is worth it.

I purchased this instead of a Tile because I use Samsung products already. Setup was easy, battery life seems good, the auditable tones vary and are loud enough to find your products. I like that they can be set up as 2 two way finding. You can use your phone to find the SmartTag or use the SmartTag to find your phone.

I got 2 of these. I keep 1 of them on my primary keys and I keep 1 of them on my secondary keys. I have used my phone to find my primary keys 3 times in the last 6 weeks of so Ive had them. My other keys I keep attached to my backpack so I can keep track of that as well. I'll probably get another one to attach to my jacket since I lose that in the house all the time as well. I throughly love this thing. I can't speak to how well the battery lasts but I plan to replace it once a year when I chance the battery in my car fobs.

I had a Tile for years but it always seemed to have issues. It wouldnt call my phone every time I needed it to. I got this since i have all Samsung things anyway, and it works great. It even shows you how to get to your keys.

This Tag worked great with my Galaxy device. The speaker is loud and clear and you can find anything even from another room.

can I say that hasn't already been said lol it tracks things that matter to you! So if you are like me and have things that are important that you don't want to lose tag it literally!
