Tried to purchase pre-owned from Groupon. It never came. After refund Best Buy had newer version NEW for pennies more. I scored. I have GalaxyNote 2 phone and have seen Samsung expose Apple already. More of the same with this tablet. Wasn't spending 250 more for latest version. Its for a 10 year old.

I have a iPad and know several people who also have an iPad and they have had issues and Apple is crazy expensive for repairs not even worth fixing. This Samsung is faster and easy to use and much more Customable than a ipad and costs less.

I find this tablet a great buy! Watching movies is great and the battery lasted not only through the movie but I was also able to read and play games with recharging! It is very lightweight and easy to take in a carryon or large purse.

Got this as a Christmas gift for someone. Was $100 off before Christmas, so I got it for a pretty good price. Since the person I was getting this for also has a Samsung cell, I got this rather than an Ipad. Screen quality is great and overall has worked just fine. There has only been one issue. In the first week, we put on a screen protector and then left it off for 12 hours for it to dry. After that we tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't. Samsung technical service was no help the 2 different times we called. They wanted us to send in the tablet to them to fix it. We decided to take it in to Best Buy and ask Geek Squad about it. They fixed it right away. They took it, pressed and held down the power button and then pressed the volume up button. This rebooted it right away. Hopefully if anyone else has this problem, it will work for them too. Needless to say, Samsung customer service was disappointing, but Best Buy was great. We haven't had an issue with the tablet since.

Excellent tablet! Easy to use, light and functional. Simple to navigate. Intuitive. Bought It for my parents who didn't previously have internet access and they are finding it relatively simple to use for email and web surfing.

Great item for the kids to use for games and pictures. Screen has a great quality and looks good. Light weight. Great value, especially if you find it on sale at Best Buy!!

This is a great tablet for the basic functions of email, watching tv or videos, music, applications, games, internet, social medias and viewing pictures. The 10 inch screen is very nice. Battery life has been strong so far.

I never thought using the galaxy tablet would be so much fun. from taking photos to voice commands and the ease of use, I am very happy with the tablet. still learning as I go, but I get excited finding out what it can do.

Overall this is a great product & I am very happy with it. it is very light which is great for the gym and the battery life is excellent. I wish there was more support for rooting option but, that might come with time.

Love it so far, no problems, good battery life, use chrome for internet and added micro sdhc card, memory is a bit short. Manages everything I need and is much better than a laptop heating my lap. Display is awesome, easy to use and carry. Actually looking forward to using it on my next trip.

Finally a tablet that is large enough to make presentations on but not too expensive. Plenty of storage. Very quick. Lots of bundled third part software to try out. I bought a second one for one of my employees.

I wanted more than an E-Reader so I purchased this tablet and I am glad I did, with the large screen it's easy for old lady eyes to see, LOL. I love how it is easy to hold and not as cumbersome as my laptop.

I love the size and quality of the screen. Unit is easy to use and hold. do not like the fact that the Chrome browser will crash now that it has updated that app. Google needs to address this quickly!!

I bought this for my wife, just because. She loves to read which was the primary reason for the purchase. Rather than struggling with a book lamp now she can read in comfort. She also loves to play games on it, the screen is big enough to make playing easier than her smart phone. She says it is one of the best gifts I have gotten her to date, she also reminds me that I now have to try and top it. The only negative, I get ignored while she is loving her new tablet.

Price point is great compared to the iPad Screen size is wonderful - don't waste your money on a 7" or 8" Battery life seems good after two months of use As expected, plays well with my Galaxy phone

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is great tablet. I love the fact that is nice and slim, has surround sound speakers, and that i can add an additional 64GB SD Card for all my pictures and music. The camera's megapixels could have been better, though.

we love the tablet we like playing games on it it charges great the picture is better than any other tablet we've had the screen hasn't a scratch we love it it was a great buy at Best Buy
