Excellent readability for a smaller screen. Light weight and easy to handle. Data uploads very quickly, and it is very responsive in going between programs/apps. My wife is very pleased overall, although information about transferring calendar and other data is sparse. The staff at Best Buy has been truly excellent at helping solve issues. We will attend the Best Buy classes to get further help.

I love my Samsung Tab 3. Screen quality ,graphics, battery life, the value and all features are perfect!! I would recommend it to everyone!

Had another mfgr's tablet that stopped working after 6 months, replaced it with this Samsung model. Really like this one. Screen is bigger, better processor ( quicker downloads). Because I used cloud, didn't loose any music, videos, games. Great product and a good value.

IT IS CELLPHONE AND TABLET FOR ME. I RARELY USE MY COMPUTER OR WHEN I NEED TO CHARGE MY SAMSUNG. ALL FEATURES ARE INCREDIBLE. MOST OF ALL STORAGE SPACE CAN BE EXPANDED WITH MINI FLASH DRIVE. CAMERA, SCREEN SIZE, S PEN, SWIPE AND MANY MORE TO EXPLORE. WHAT A GREAT PHONE!!!

This is my first jump into the new generation of electronics, normally I have been satisfied with a regular computer. I turns on fast, and is handy for checking things out when something enters my mind. I don't have to wait for the computer to boot up, and I can leave it on in the sleep mode, reducing energy use, and having instant access. It works great for what I need it for, and is mobile. It is a little hard for me to manuever through, but I am new at this. I am a camera buff, so think that the 1.3 pixel sreen camera could have been a better camera, the 5 pixel camera is "okay". I value my privacy, so am not interested in having things backed up into some cloud, as I can back it up myslf onto a Micro SD card, which I would suggest as a product to purchse as well. The screen is easy enough to see with good color, and is easy to"swipe", reponsive to my finger tips. However all said, I like this product and would make the same buy. It works for me, and is a good product. And I am still in the learning stage of what the various settings, etc does.

I upgraded from my 1st gen Kindle Fire to the Samsung Tab 3. I actually waited 2 weeks until it was released for sale. 8 inch is the perfect size for movies without having to lug around a giant (10 inch) screen. I was able to transfer all my amazon games and account to the Tab 3. Browser is fast and I am able to use Chrome (finally). The best thing is the expansion slot. I loaded a few movies on a 32gig card and it works great! I just sync'd it up to my new Samsung TV and I am able to share/swap screens. That is so cool!!

I have always loved Samsung products and the Tab 3 8.0 is right up there with ease of use, great graphics, beautiful screen, light weight. Fits in a purse ... smile!

Expandable memory and good cameras but if you don't know Android OS it is difficult to pick up right out of the box for PC users. A manual for it, already installed on it, might be a great thing. If it already has that, then make it more accessible. I found one and had to put it on it myself. Primary user wanted for Skype and electronic audiobooks. That is difficult to set up. Take the Samsung "class" that they give when you purchase one of these. We may need to take it, again. Ours was relatively new so there was not many available stands and cases specifically for it. that should change as the size gains popularity. Skype seems a bit erratic on it but it might be owner error or something else.

This is a great device. I bought it for my mom who is older. The screen size is perfect not to big not to small. Very portable and easy to carry around.

I purchased this tablet & love it. I have an ipad & I really like the size of this tablet. I feel like it's faster than my ipad. This is a great product & a great price. Love anything from Samsung!

I went from the first tab 10.1" to the tab 3 8.0" and whay a difference. Better picture, faster, more options, compact and thin and just runs so smooth.

IT has been an enormous challenge for me. IT was a gift from my parents, am not sure if I would ever have tried it otherwise. But, I am learning. IT seems alot of thought went into making this as simple to use as possible and except a couple of notable exceptions, they succeeded. The picture is clear and is personalizable. Overall, this is tablet is ingenius.

I was skeptical at first in buying a non-apple product but this tablet has proven me wrong. The screen resolution is perfect. Lots of RAM and the memory card slot comes in very handy! Features are awesome and I am so impressed that it is so snappy.

Makes a great duo with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Great screen clarity and, since it works very much like my phone, it was very easy to use right out of the box. I also love the fact that I can add extra memory with an inexpensive micro SD card.

We bought this Tab for our son, as an alternative to the pricier ipad. Having Samsung Galaxy III phones, we were familiar with the set up and user flow of this line of product. The graphics are great. The camera is too. Our son hasn't found an app that he can't use, so I think that most common apps have versions available on this android. Even though he is nine,our son hasn't had trouble figuring out how to navigate the tab. The only downside is that, like with most tablets out there, you must purchase a screen saver and a protective case if you are at all worried about the safety of the machine. It is a slender product. Being an Eight inch, instead of the more common seven or ten, it becomes harder to find covers and screen protectors that work well. Overall, this is a great tablet. It has plenty of room for use for all ages.

I love this tablet. It is super fast and the battery lasts a long time. I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 and when i turned the tablet on for the first time, put in my information it automatically synced with my phone. Pictures, apps, etc. Awesome.

This tablet is great for everyone. Bought it for our 7 year old but we use it when phone screens just aren't big enough. Its fast, has good cameras, lots of free apps and affordable.

Been wanting a tablet for a couple years now but could never justify purchasing one. Finally decided to get one and couldn't be happier with it. Having an iPhone already, I felt it was redundant to get an iPad as well. I mainly use it for games and I also use it for work to quickly access word and excel spreadsheets. It doesn't weight all that much so carrying it around isn't bothersome either. Battery life is very good as well, I use it off and on all day and never run low on battery life. Overall I am very happy with my Galaxy tablet.

Samsung, as far as I am concerned, compares very well to the Ipad and Ipad mini. Faster than my Ipad, and easier access to wifi networks. Very light and durable, and easy to use. My daughters both have a blast on this miniature tablet.

I was trying to decide between the Galaxy Note and this product, and I am glad I chose this one. The processor is fast enough for streaming movies and doing other stuff, the Android version is more recent, and the price is perfect.
