    I've had to take this item back to best buy on 4 separate occasions because it keeps locking me out. This is very frustrating. Wasn't explained until after the 3rd time that because of banking issues I had to have a password set. This item was a gift for my 82 year old mother and it's really hard for her to remember passwords. That makes things difficult for her.

    I continue to have slow speed issues while all other devices are running fine. This is still a good purchase especially for the sales price.

    I bought the 64gb with 4gb of ram. Had i known that it had that amount of ram, I would have spent a little bit more. The tablet was almost unusable. It stuttered through just about every process. I returned it after a day. The 128gb or 256gb versions have 8gb of ram and probably work great, but I would not reccomend the 64gb version to my worst enemy.

    Boots up and goes screen to screen very slowly. Navigation is cumbersome. But a good value for the sale price I got it for.
