I brought three of them, how do you exchange one of them in the beginning due to charging. Hasn’t even been a year and all three of them do not charge.

There is an issue with this tablet shutting down in the middle of anything. It doesn't turn on very easy either.
I'm going to be returning it as it's not doing what I need it to do.

junk do not buy, Had it for a 50 days adult owned and does not power on. Best buy was no help, they wanted me to pay fifty dollars to get insurance and pay the difference witch it would be around hundred dollars all together

Had to take it back, came with out all the parts needed. I am not good with most computer items. Needed to be told about the extra things need to go with the tablet and was not told.

I got this for my mom and she put on charge for entire day and it didnt get charge more than 15%. What a bad battery and performance. This tablet is terrible.

It's a very nice tablet.
My issue is that it doesn't have a place for a sim card, so that I can get internet access anywhere. When I went back to the store, i was told "Well you can use Wi-Fi, or your phones Hotspot"
I bought the tablet, so that I didn't have to use my phone.
I feel that they should have made me aware of this, when I purchased it. Now I'm stuck with a tablet, I can only use at home.
Very disappointed in this purchase. It's past the deadline to be able to return it, so I basically wasted $200.

This is the worst samsung item i have ever bought...it turns off and on randomly...it freezes,,,it does not charge sometimes...its worthless! 200,00 for crap

amazing product. this is my 7 year old sons. he has had amazon tablets and there was always issues with them so we changed to this and its been the best product plus i can control it from my phone for any apps he uses or doesn’t use.

Seller did not want to accept return of item, and sent it back to me. When questioned, he stated that I'd have broken the item myself. Poor customer service. Would never trust it again!

Not very impressed with this tablet. Got it as a gift for someone, and almost immediately out of the box I could see it struggling to load apps. Wish I spent an extra $100 and got something else.
