I purchase an item, when I returned it, Best Buy charged me $45.00 restocking fee. Me and others feel it is very unfair. We will not purchase anything else from Best Buy.

When it dies, it wont charge. Been an iasue from day one. Its been on the charger for 30+ hours and still at 1%. This thing is the biggest piece of garbage. Would not recommend.

I use it for for work it get the job done but it can get slow or the touchscreen does not respond I’ve had it for a month and a half I don’t think it should be this slow if it’s new. This is my first android product and I’m not very happy with it.

Don’t waste your money Samsung tablets you need to pay for a higher tier to enjoy it

The tablet was supposed to be gone thru by their Geek Squad. I was junk and did not work.
