I bought this to replace an old one and am very pleased to say that not much has changed in the system. It did seem a little more difficult to get it on line but finally got it just before I was going to call customer support. Five stars except for that. So far so good!

Old tablet was several years old and the battery wasn't holding a charge any more. Ordered the newer tab A9+ which was ready for pickup within a few hours. Service was very good and, although there are changes I am getting used to, I like it.

I think in 2025 should be standard with 128gb at leat ....64 gb with 4gb of rams...it will slow u down...i recommend ppl who want this tablet go for the 128GB with 8gb Rams

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 11" 64GB Model:SM-X210 for my spouse for XMas in Dec 2024. Nice tablet until she was unable to use a fingerprint for secure login. Turns out this is a 2023 model, and the function was implemented in the 2024 update.
Best Buy cab do better than this they should indicate when they are selling last years models.

I bought this tablet on sale for $50.00 off. It wasn't working properly so I took it to geek squad and they told me it was not working properly and I should return it, so I did. I came back the next day to buy another one but the female manager would not give me the sale price even though she looked up my account on the computer and could see the purchase price I paid. She said that I should have exchanged it the day before. So I bought on Amazon for just $10.00 more than Best Buy sale price.

I just recieved my new tablet late yesterday evening. To my surprise there was no power outlet...only a power cord...not happy.
I'm toying with the idea of return it to BestBuy tomorrow.
I'm dissatisfied with Samsung, in order to use the tablet I now need go buy a wall power outlet! Really??? Thats cheaping out.
BestBuy gets 4 stars on next day delivery.
