I bought for my 7 year old son who spilled water on his old one. It is cheap enough that if he breaks or loses it I do not care. I would recommend getting the more expensive version with better specs if it is for you. I do that and my tablets lasts literally 6-7 years usually dieing becasue I drop it or something. However if you are looking for a tablet that is cheap and will give you about 2 years before it gets painfully slow, this is your guy.

I got this tablet for a child, so I installed childs mode on it. Its very solid and fast, and when we use it for video conferencing or watching Netflix it delivers. Love the Android platform.

Perfect for what i required from a tablet and helps pass the time.

I went from a 8 year old galaxy tab s2 to this one. Other than the fact that the software is newer and the screen is bigger, it's no better than my old one. In fact, it's much slower than my old one and I'm not a fan of the camera being on the side instead of the top. It's still a Samsung, so it's Samsung quality but there is DEFINITELY a different between the "A" and "S" lines, even with an almost 9 year difference.
