Poor assistance during purchase!

It didn't include the chip, he didn't offer a case or screen projector. I used the chip from my old tablet, a screen projector I had avaliable and I ordered a case from Amazon, which is just OK. I am less than satisfied with this purchase!

Not that happy with them

My husband has the graphite one and he is having some problems with it, the login area is small, dont know how to make it any larger, he has a hard time seeing the numbers, and gets frustrated. They are okay for now, i probably wouldn't buy them again.
