The operating system was pretty easy to use. The battery last WAY longer then the amazon tablet my daughter had before this. The samsung tablet also runs faster then the other kids tablets we had tried in the past. All in all its a very good kids tablet i am very happy with ot so far.

The tablet came with the case, the case is bouncy, heavy duty, great quality I recommend this. The tablet is easy to navigate, my daughter is having a great experience with it, no issues at all.

The tablet is perfect for my son it's so easy for him to navigate even at 2 years old. The fact that it came with the foam cover and stand was a big plus. So we use it both ways the Samsung kids version and the regular version. It's pretty fast with response. I definitely recommend it to family's with kids.

My granddaughters four and six are not permitted to watch TV. But, with supervision, they are able to watch the tablet I bought them. We are all very pleased with it. However, I did buy a multi-function Bluetooth stereo boombox by Insignia for myself. It's faulty! It seems as if it could be a returned item. I plan to return it as soon as the weather is warmer and I'm over whatever the cold weather gave me. I'm very interested in a cassette and CD player, but I want quality sound. I have some old cassette tapes from Switzerland, my deceased mother's ancestral country, with a gentleman playing four part harmony on his guitar. They are songs that we sang in church a long time ago. I went to listen to them. Have any idea what my next move should be? I would love to have a Boise product, but I'm 85 and live on social security and a very small pension of $260.06. almost laughable! But I don't need more than that if I don't covet something that costs more than I can afford!. LOL. Happy New Year!

Amazing tablet and the kids absolutely love them. They don't stay charged for too long maybe 5 hours unless on battery saver then it can last up to 12 hours

Great Product. Says it is for children, but I bought this for work as I travel a lot and needed something I can throw in with my tools and not get damaged. Same GB, same software as the adult version. Just with extra thick padded cover. And now I don't have to worry about it getting damaged when my grandkids want to play games on it either. Great for tracking weather, managing maintenance work orders or monitoring HVAC Temps in all your stores, in multiple states. Huge asset to my work. Great buy! at Best Buy!

These Tablets came in handy for both my daughter . I purchased 2 Samsung tablets and they have not broke or stopped working since last year in November the 18! So happy with the quality and glad it came with the thick case and 3 pencil to draw

We purchased two of these tablets in December 2024. Overall, the kids enjoy using them, but as a parent, I’m not a big fan—mainly due to the Android ecosystem. That said, I’ve been exclusively an Apple user for the past 13 years (iPhones, iPads, and Apple laptops), so some of this may come down to personal preference. The biggest issue for me is the number of ads in kids’ games. Many apps push frequent advertisements, and a lot of the games require additional in-app purchases to unlock basic features. I’ve found that turning off Wi-Fi eliminates the ads, but that’s not always practical. The most frustrating drawback is the charging situation. The tablet does not include a charging head, only the cable. I’ve tried multiple charging heads, and the only one that reliably works is my USB-C Apple charging block. With other heads, I’ve left the tablet charging for hours only to see a 10% increase in battery, which is unacceptable. On a positive note, this tablet is extremely durable. My kids have jumped on it, dropped it, and even run it over while playing, and it still has no cracks or dents. Durability is definitely a strong point. Ultimately, I plan to buy an iPad for my oldest child and pass one of these tablets down to my younger one. Personally, I won’t be purchasing another Samsung tablet again

I bought this item for my 4 year old daughter as an upgrade/ replacement and so far the choice is undeniably the right one. so much so the since buying it she has thrown it multiple times my dogs have stepped on it and the most damage i have noticed is teeth marks on the foam bumper case lol. I even have bought a second one for my other daughter. with the family link app you can easily control apps that your kids use as well as times they can or cannot use it. The biggest upsell to it is for the price you acutely save a little because it comes not only with a case but 3 usable pens so you save on having to order a protective case or pens for the tablet.

Easy for a kid to use, my son has cerebral palsy and still he's able to use it.

Amazing Tablet keeps my kids happy and they are not complaining about the battery it’s durable and it’s fun for them keeps them from asking for my phone . I’m super happy with my purchase.

Samsung is awesome! The puffy cover is so cute, soft, and sturdy; it's great they have red, purple, and yellow to choose from. Also, each tablet comes with three different stylos, which are really easy to use.

Fabulous kids tablet. We own two and both of my daughters absolutely love them. The level of versatility with regards to child friendly applications is 2nd to none. The included drawing pens are an excellent addition, as both of of my daughter's enjoy the various drawing/painting applications we've installed for them.

I bought this as a present for my 7 years old nieces bday and she absolutely loves it her mom keep yelling “Aaleyah put the tablet down”!!!

I am so so happy I found this tablet at Best Buy! The size is almost bigger than him lol and the cost was so great for this tablet! The clarity is wonderful and bright.And the red puffy cover with the easel flap to stand it own its own is the best!

Excellent gift set for kids. Love the child proof case and crayon stylus. Extra helpful is the parents control over the screen time and applications. Good price point for what you get on a stronger tablet than other lower price models.
