Not good, so sent it to samsung for repair. Waiting to see how it comes back...

Spent two days and 3 hours with Samsung specialist at Best Buy. No one can tell me why this is happening but the store is trying to work with me to make me happy. Going to jump ship to an iPad! Don't buy this tablet!!

barely acceptable tablet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the first Samsung tablet I've purchased. I've been disappointed for the price. The battery life is quite short compared with other devices I've used. The tablet seems also on its own to have downloaded ads and apps that we did not want. It does access the internet without problems. It was purchased because a smart home upgrade required this sort of device to be used and because of this we've kept it. Otherwise I would have returned it.
