Operating Issues -Excellent Battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My old Samsung T-320 tablet's battery was weak so I did some investigating (recommended, reviews etc) and decided to purchase the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 first. Had an issue with it not opening emails even after I tried reboot and uninstalling, reinstalling my email server settings. No resolution so I called Samsung and they had no answers! Sent it back and figured maybe it was the unit itself? Had no issues with T-320 BTW! Purchased the 9.6 at Best Buy to try my luck. Same issue but by accident found that if I rotated the tablet to landscape, my emails opened??? I usually read them in portrait mode which I can but only after I rotate the tablet! I checked my settings to make sure the fit to screen was checked. I will keep the 9.6 and just live with it! The battery is awesome!

Best Brand
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am using this tablet along with 9 more on a job site, that requires Google Gmail & Google Chrome, with the use of internet connections from a Wi-Fi router, we tried a cheaper brand but not by a large amount ($50) , and the response time between the cheaper brand and Samsung is Huge! Never use a cheaper brand !

Great fairly basic tablet

We've had our daughter's tablet in for repairs to the charger port several times and they've replaced the tablet twice now. Definitely buy the protection plan. This item was the second replacement for the tablet.

It’s not that fast but not too slow. It’s also affordable for those who are in a tight budget. The scree is a blurry if they could do something that would be a big help
