I guess I have become a Samsung fan. This is the 3rd Galaxy Tablet I have owned. Transferring files and configuration from old tablet to new was very easy.

It was best serivice in Best buy. and we get a tablet in second day.

I was supposed to receive my Samsung S10 Fe plus tablet today but FedEx decided to deliver it to a different street with the same house number ... This put me in a complete spin cycle because Best buy customer service (customer service is the title of the department not what is delivered) ... Thinks they're guaranteed an order from me and can't deal with getting me the product that I was promised on this date until an investigation is processed between them and the third party carrier that they paid to deliver that went to the wrong address. Meanwhile I can buy the same device for the same price from Amazon and have at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. After an hour and a half on the phone with absolutely nothing but either no response or misleading information which led me to believe I would receive a replacement in a few days which really was not true it was actually pending an investigation (I need no investigation this is their claim not my claim I did not pay the carrier I did not deliver to the wrong address I did not give a wrong address) ... Thousands and thousands of dollars spent at Best buy over the years to get absolutely zero customer service I'm not sure I will ever purchase at this establishment again
