Great product for a Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra tablet.

Keyboard works great, but the rear "support" can feel flimsy when supporting the full weight of the tablet.

I purchased this in online. It’s very bad. It’s not a good quality and they do not ship properly. Some buttons and mouse is not working.

The picture shows one thing and the item is another need the item to show just the keyboard and cover not the tablet since the tablet is not included

Still waiting for Best Buy to ship the item. It has been almost two months. Best Buy took the money and refuses to ship the product. Shame on you Best Buy!

I bought this for my Tab S9 Ultra as another option for the regular cover. It installs easily and stays put. The magnets on the S9 Ultra are apparently stronger that its predecessor so the cover doesn't detach easily. The keyboard with a track pad is very nice though one must get used to the key travel if you are used to keys with more travel. The backlit keyboard is excellent in low-light situations like a conference room while making a presentation (which I've done a couple of times). There are several levels of brightness so you can set the light level to your own preference. There are a couple of issues: The large footprint can be cumbersome and inconvenient in close quarters. This is more appropriate for desktop or conference situations, where it excels. The other issue is the price - it's somewhat high for what you get. Perhaps shifting to a solid keyboard case (like those available for the iPad) would be better. Though pricey, it's a good accessory for those who need a full-sized keyboard for the Tab S9 (or S10) Ultra.

Everything about this has worked very well. The only constructive criticism I'd give Samsung is this: Make the cover more stain resistant for those of us who take it to work or outside. Otherwise, it's great.

Ive had this for probably a year now. After a few weeks it started randomly turning off somehow and Id have to disconnect and reconnect it to the tablet. Not too long afterware I started having tandom issues with the track pad. It has been nothing hut a headache. Avoid this keyboard at all costs!
