The delivery of this product was delayed, and Best Buy cancelled my order. I'm not getting help obtaining a replacement. When I try to use online help regarding the order, I go through a loop that leads me nowhere.

I never got the item. It was told to me when the item would get to me however it was multiple delays so i requested a refund.
