Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually purchased my keyboard book cover at a deep discount when I upgraded my tablet and I loved it when it worked. Unfortunately, one day it stopped being recognized by my tablet in spite of the same strong magnet attachment. Geek Squad couldn't fix it and I had more than a year left on the protection plan; however, a replacement was not available in stores or online. Although the S8 Ultra tablet was/is still currently being sold alongside the S9 Ultra & it's keyboard book cover, it's been at least 7 months since I've had a keyboard..., which I desperately need to efficiently complete my job. Of course, I can use the touch screen, but it's NOT the same. Samsung just recently restocked them online, but I dare not pay full price, especially after this disappointment.
