Screen Protector Replacement?

With that question in mind, this privacy screen is a removable attachment that snaps on to the side of the tablet similarly to the keyboard or notebook cover. The main downside is that it cant be used together with the keyboard since they both use the magnetic link. The screen itself is not attached by some kind of adhesive like a traditional screen protector. It simply folds open/closed from the screen and is designed to "hide" your screen for those snooping eyes next to you. Can this be used instead of a traditional screen protector? The agnostic answer is, it really depends on your use case. If you are using your tablet as a laptop replacement, then no. It does take the magnetic link where the keyboard goes. If you are using it to just play games, watch videos, drawing, writing, etc... then yes, it could in theory be a simple and removeable screen cover. Positives: - Its not as thick as the notepaper cover - Works great with the S-Pen for writing/drawing, offers smooth writing experience - Easy to add/remove - The privacy factor is nice to have Negatives: - Price. For $70, all you really get is the ability to add/remove on a whim. You can find actual screen protector for way cheaper - Can't use other accessories with it (keyboard, notebook cover, etc...) - Privacy protection is only really usable in landscape mode, little to not "privacy" in portrait mode. Overall, for my use case, I find it very handy to have something protecting my screen from day to day use. Is it the best? Definitely not. Is it the worst? Definitely not. It is nice middle ground in my opinion. Can I recommend this? Yes. The only killer for this product is the price. If you have the S9 Ultra, get ready to fork over even more for the same product.
