I give the actual watch a 4.5 stars. Without having had a new one not 100% sure but battery seems to be a little low strength. Getting at max 2 days/48 hours. Everything works as new otherwise. Cosmetics were impeccable could not tell it was in anyway prior used. No scuffs etc. Best part about watch. I am female 5 4 190 and struggled with size to pick. I do not have small wrists. So 45 mm is a good fit on my wrist. 41 looked a little small actually when i tried a friend's on and the extra screen makes a difference for my ability to read text in late fifties. Weight not an issue to me. Note in pics elastic band WORTH IT. Much more breathable and comfortable for me anyway. Leather Band is 3 stars as it was clearly prior used. Not super biggie because i don't care for that and was replacing anyway. Packaging was a 2. Safe and protected, but no box wraped on piece of cardboard. Poor presentation. Price was a 4... not horrible. I only took a chance because it was 239.99 on sale, certified and full geek protectionas if it were new with plan puchase. I missed the huge price cut on new watches at beginning of April. Then the memorial day sale was a joke even though it occurred after the announcement that Samsung had no intention of supporting Tizen OS after 3 years from release date of watch 3. That means this watch only had a little over 2 years of life at purchase. So i wasn't willing to go more than this or a 2 yr watch shame on Samsung. Lastly and one of the most important reasons this gets a 3 over all is the description is incorrect and Bestbuy gets a 1 for that. The model number is correct. This is a BT only and NOT LTE version of the watch. Online chat also told me it was LTE inspite of the listed model no. They were WRONG. I went a head and purchased because i was on the fence, but ended up glad its not LTE because of the battery life being shy of what i would expect of a new watch.

I purchased the watch to track my heart rhythm to determine if my aFib (atrial fibrilation) has been cured. The ECG function on Samsung's Heart Monitor software does not work with the Galaxy Watch3. Liam at Best Buy's Geek Squad, helped me resolve the issue by finding a Galaxy Watch7 (open box) for a lower price. It took more time than anticipated, but I got the heartcheck that I needed. Best smart watch I've ever owned. I replaced a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier with the Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium and it's been worth every penny spent. It's extremely durable overall, even though the band is stainless steel it's held up very well and has resisted stratches better than I thought it would. The buttons on the Galaxy Watch 3 are far better than the previous one found on the Gear S series of watches. Battery is better than expected as well and lasts at least 2+ days without having to charge. Would definitely recommend!

One of the better smartwatches i have owned. The titanium body is nice, the watch is sleek and allows you to keep a low profile. Fast, and provides all the needs i would need from a smartwatch. Just note that the band itself is not titanium, and may scratch with ease. This origonal stainless steel band that comes with the watch, is not sold separately. Overall a great watch, cant beat it!

This watch is amazing got it for my fiancé for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. It connects to iPhones which is great and the look of it is so sleek and classy the titanium does its job. My fiancé has eczema and this is one of the few metals that do not cause a reaction for him. It’s been almost 6months since I have bought it and it is working like the first day.

The watch is very nice and comfortable love almost everything about it. There are 2 things i am not thrilled with tho... Compared to my old galaxy frontier the watch3 scratches relatively easy. And the included watch band for the titanium makes it impossible to use the wireless charging dock without removing the band...

Extremely lightweight but durable. Very customizable for individual users. Works well as standalone or paired with phone. Definitely the best smartwatch available. Battery life is excellent around 2-3 days between charges. On the upper end price wise but worth the cost in my opinion.

Over all great watch, easy to use after getting the hang of it. The only thing that I didn't is adjusting the titanium band.

This version of the Watch 3 is really light. I mean the watch band that comes with it weights more than the watch. with a leather or silicone band its hard to notice the watch on your arm. It has a slick look to it and does what a smart watch is suppose to.

Works best with a Samsung phone. Husband has an iPhone and it works but better with Samsung. Only downfall is you have to preload music on it in order to listen to it. Nice watch overall.

Price is little high but worth it. The bracelet flows better. Very easy to adjust to your wrist size.

Very good quality watch. Not easy to use all features. Purchasing from Best Buy was a nightmare. None of this model within 250 miles of Las Vegas. Bought open box on line without seeing the watch. Reviews said they couldn’t adjust the band, so Geek squad did it. I was told geek squad would not do it, and I had to go to a jeweler which I did. I love the watch and use as many health apps as I can.

Very nice watch, easy to connect to my samsung phone, love the weight and feel of the watch.

Nice watch style. Battery life is good with most watch faces. Many free watch faces. Wish it had a native google maps navigation app vs some of the paid ones. Would be nice if more Android apps were compatible with the Tizen Based OS. Premium price.

Disappointed by lack of titanium band. The watch is pretty heavy since it has a steel band. It is a nice one and very easy to size. Bezel rattles as well. Watch works pretty well for smart watch purposes, the fitness is pretty off, especially gps.

I have had several Samsung watches over the years, this is another upgrade from the last. Love the band, and fit. Wish it could be charged on my dual phone and watch charger from Samsung, but with this band, it does not work with that charger.

Purchased the smart watch for my son for Xmas. This was WIN!! He loves it! Loves how easy it was to navigate through. Loves how it functions with his day to day living. He works out a lot and eats really healthy. This was the perfect gift.

I love it, Keeps perfect time lol It feels great on your wrist weight is perfect it feels like a real watch looks great and the charge works great eazy 2 days.

My previous Galaxy Watch had the leather band that broke and I replaced with the metal band. When the battery died, I saw this watch that has the metal band, which is more durable. Love the watch so far as it helps me see what's going on in my phone without me having me get my phone.
