[Employee of bestbuy] Great watch I love this thing I still use it to this day

Dead in one day of light activity for a couple hours.

Not a huge upgrade from Galaxy Watch 1. Nicer screen and a bit thinner, but similar if not slightly worse battery life. Main draw of the watch is the tighter Google integration and longer support time. Happy with the upgrade, displeased with Best Buy shipping time. Purchased 8/20, did not receive it till 9/8.

Saw the reviews always a bit iffy about buying watches especially this price but got it next day and tbh never regretted it definitely recommend it to those iffy about buying expensive smart watches or first time buying smart watches works perfectly with my samsung but do agree they need to add google pay dont really use samsung pay. One thing i did have issue is battery but after messing with the setting and apps lasts 2 days while using it most of the day. Little advice use backgrounds with not a lot of color more of a black background will help stretch your battery a bit more. Also if you're really about health and wellness this is the perfect watch has plenty of apps to check that and while im charging my phone in another room love the feature of answering phone calls and texting from my watch so helpful! But definitely dont regret this purchase and hopes puts your worries at ease about making this purchase and also buy the screen protector for it cause for the price you really don't want this baby to get scratched lol

I really like the watch. This is an upgrade for me from an active 2. I would say that going from the actove 2 to this watch, it is amazing! Its a very premium looking watch. The design of the watch makes the GW3 look like a baby. The only problem that there is at the moment of this post, is that there are a lot of software issues that make the watch not worth it unless you're fine with with some of these issues. Some issues are that the watch cannot keep up an LTE call for more than 3-5 minutes without the watch saying that it "overheats" and then goes into a safemode. The watch does not actually feel hot, but the software thinks that way, why? I dont know. There are lots of issues at the moment with the way that health data is taken. Sleep, stress, and other types of data for the health app on the watch is not collected correctly. This is a major issue as this is why people even want this watch. There are a lot of software issues, but the ability to recieve texts, notifications and calls on your wrist with an updated tizen/android UI is great. This feels kind of like a beta watch for future versions of watches, really. I cant wait to see what samsung brings in the future.

I love this watch. No problems at all. I don't have carry my phone everywhere.

Upgraded from a Galaxy watch. The 4 seems more fragile. The galaxy watch is built like a tank. But this watch has more bells and whistles but is also built solid, but it always feels like I might break it. A great buy for the collection.

It's a solid and functional watch. I bought it open box and was pleasantly surpised it was in priatine condition. It does everything its supposed to do. I'm a samsung environment junkie so it fits right in.

Great replacement for my S3 Frontier. I like the new features. I usually end up charging it for 45 minutes every night. it would go two days without the bells and whistles enabled. Its nice to have the classic available. I use the bezel alot.

Battery life is meh. No reason to upgrade to this if you have a Watch 3. Watch OS is okay. But, find myself missing Tizen. At this point, I am thinking a Garmin Fenix would have been a better choice.

Samsung really outdoes their self with their tech products, we have converted our whole house into Samsung products, This watch can be worn doing anything, swimming, working, sleeping, walking, having all these features is a nice piece of mind to monitor personal progress

Good quality. Functionality of the watch is solid. Fashionable. The only reason giving 4 stars is because of customer service from Beat Buy was not as stellar as normal.

I had a watch 4 that i loved but my sister took it when i traveled to Africa so i got a watch 5 when i returned and i love it so much. I purchased this for my nephew because i know how good this watch is from using it and he is loving it too

Glad this Warch came out when it did. My S3 Frontier unexpectedly burnt out the watch face. Like all the new features and how easy transfering data from old watch went. LTE feature is the best too!
