The watch was a gift for my wife and she really loves it. She loves being able to customize and organize the way that she wants and is happy to be able to see how many steps she is getting in. Great purchase overall.

I am satisfied with my smartwatch because it is good for running, sleeping, it checks my heart rate and I like it better because different watch faces can be added depending on the occasion.

I always go for samsung products and this by far is one of the best watches ive ever used in my life. Its durable and light, its also waterproof great for checking time at a waterpark bc when it hits water it falls right off it

This is my second Samsung watch, upgraded from the Watch2 to the Watch5. Love how clear the screen is, easy to read and love all the new features the 5 has. Especially the oxygen and temp sensors.

This watch has been my daily driver for over a year I've had no issues with it over that time it's fast Snappy and works well with my phone

The watch is great! Love changing the face to my need or outfit. Added a cover and screen protector and I really have no complaint.

Much better integration with Google (through Google Wear) now that Samsung dumped their proprietary Tizen operating system.

I love the Galaxy 5 Watch. I use it everytime I workout. Plus I can't even believe all the features is has. I love making calls on it. Plus I love Best Buy!!!

I upgraded from the Watch Active 2. I heard that battery life was better on the Watch 5. So far it doesn't seem any better. The watch doesn't last more than 2 days. I dont keep the display constantly on. I do like that when I lift my wrist to look at the watch it automatically turns the screen on. Also when I get notifications that I specified to be sent to my watch it won't show on my watch unless I look at. Sometimes it doesn't and I'm not sure why. I don't know if I have to look at it right when my watch goes off or what. The screen is sleek and very much scratch resistant. I've hit it a few times and it hasn't scratched at all. I absolutely love this sapphire blue color. It measures BMI but I don't have a way to compare what it reads to know if it's accurate. I like that it comes preloaded with certain apps like for music, walking, and breathing exercises I've had the watch for about a month so I'm still learning the ins and outs. I haven't had any big issues so far.

I just pgraded from the Gear S3 and im very happy with the new interface and the watch faces are pretty cool.

Absolutely love my watch. The sapphire crystal glass is impressive to say the least. I'm a welder and was afraid of damaging the face but I've bumped it many times and not a scratch! I still haven't learned all of the features but I plan to have it for awhile so no rush! Very happy with this purchase! I bought the rubber case as well. It didn't come with the watch band because I wanted to keep the original band. The rubber case fits like it came with the watch.
