Great bang for the buck. Best version ever I love this watch. Functional stylish and great look.

This is my 3rd Galaxy watch. It has tons of features to help achieve your fitness goals. There are so many watch faces available that you can customize to provide you with an abundance of information. The sleep tracking feature is thorough and informative, but it does seem to drain the battery. On a side note, the watch bands from my old 40mm Galaxy Active2 fit this new Watch7. There is a slight gap between the watch and the band, but it's not an issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with this watch.

It's a beautiful watch I bought it specifically to monitor my heart rhythm and keep my exercise goals on point. I love that I don't have to pull put my phone all the time because my Google 7 watch lets me receive and make calls if you love big bold and bright this watch is for you.

I’ve been very pleased with it. My state has further restricted phone/driving rules and the watch allows me some flexibility. Additionally, the sleep app, the shortcut for multiple frequent calls, and the calendar have been very helpful. Two improvements would be helpful: 1. My grandson can easily (& accidentally) access the settings menu by his touching & swiping at the phone. A way to thwart this would be helpful & 2. I find it challenging to answer calls with the onscreen button. Its placement in the lower left of the window is obscured by the manufacturer screen restrictions. Putting it in the center of the screen with incoming calls would be a GREAT IMPROVEMENT!

Great watch. Has great features. I have owed other watches and this is the best one, especially for health tracking. It automatically detects when I am walking. It receives notifications from many apps. Perfect watch!

My wife previously had a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2, which served her well and lasted over 4 years. However, due to age and wear, it finally was time to purchase a new watch for her. We had read the reviews on the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 which had just debuted, as well as the reviews of last year's Galaxy Watch 7 and we chose to go with the tried and true version of the 7. Our local Best Buy had that model with the cream color band which she loves! The purchase was easy, as it always is at Best Buy and the setup could not have been easier. Even though her old watch was not working anymore, the Samsung Galaxy Wear and Health apps that she had on both her old watch and her Galaxy S24 phone, had stored all of her previous information, so transferring that content to her new watch was seamless and quick. She likes the new technology, apps and features that are available on her new watch, which were not available on her older Galaxy Active 2! She also commented that the comfort of wearing her new watch with the band that it came with, makes her feel like shes not wearing anything. It's so comfortable! In short, an amazing upgrade for her and at a great price!

I had a Garmin Forerunner 35 that wore out after many years of use. My husband got my this watch for a Christmas gift. Wasn't crazy about the light colored band because I knew I wouldn't be able to keep it clean. I did find other bands off Amazon and they work ok. As for the watch itself, there are a couple things I liked better on the Garmin watch and app, like the heart rate graph. This watch does a lot more than the Garmin I had so I guess that's a plus, although I'm sure I'm not using all of it's capabilities. At least it isn't huge since I have a very small wrist. The battery is horrible on my opinion. I have to charge it every night so that could be improved. But then again the Garmin didn't have all the apps the Samsung does which is draining on a battery.

Very easy to operate. There are many health features, one of the best is the help it offers for keeping up with healthy sleeping. This feature has been very insightful for myself as a very busy mom and professional people leader having more to do than time in the day. Also, there is a very bright flashlight feature that turns the face of the watch in to a light. It is sleek in design. Love it!

**Review of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7**
I have been a loyal user of Samsung's smartwatches for a few years now, having owned both the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the Galaxy Watch 4. While I enjoyed many aspects of these watches, I have always found the battery life to be a weak point. The Galaxy Watch 4, in particular, needed to be charged at least once a day, which made it impossible to wear overnight without recharging. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Watch 7 has only exacerbated this issue.
**Battery Life Issues**
The battery life of the Galaxy Watch 7 is a significant disappointment. Even with moderate usage, the watch struggles to make it through an entire day, necessitating at least two charging sessions if the always-on display is active. This is particularly frustrating considering the advancements in technology that one would expect to see with each new generation. Instead, it seems that battery life has actually worsened with each iteration.
**Impact of Switching to Wear OS**
A notable factor in this decline in battery performance is Samsung's switch from Tizen OS to Wear OS. While Wear OS offers some advantages in terms of app availability and integration with other Android devices, it has clearly taken a toll on battery efficiency. This trade-off is quite disappointing, especially for users who rely on their smartwatch for extended periods throughout the day.
**Design and Features**
Despite these battery issues, the Galaxy Watch 7 does have its redeeming qualities. I appreciate its sleek design and the range of features it offers. The watch is stylish, comfortable to wear, and packed with functionalities that make it a great companion for daily use. However, these positives are overshadowed by the need for constant recharging.
**Conclusion**
In conclusion, while I like the design and features of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, the battery life is simply unacceptable for a seventh-generation product. The 44mm version might offer a slight improvement, but it's not enough to justify the frequent need for charging. As a long-time Samsung smartwatch user, I am disappointed with the direction the company has taken with its latest model. I hope future versions will address these battery concerns and provide a more reliable experience for users.
Thanks for reaching out to us, Kurt. We greatly appreciate your detailed feedback on the Galaxy Watch7. We love to see that you've enjoyed the features and design of this watch. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. It's important to ensure that your watch is always up to date with the latest software version to help rid your device of bugs and help optimize your watch's performance. If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition. Upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 5 to the 7. I wanted the 8 but got a better deal on this one. I really like it. I'm still learning all its function, but I'm loving the sleep coaching and the exercising. The battery life is okay. I have a watch face, that has lots of info on it, so I think it wears the battery down faster. I thought I wasn't going to like the band color, but I do. It stands out. I would recommend it!

Great watch! Wish they had better bands. With this band I am getting irritation marks from moisture with my skin. The band could be better for the price. Battery dies quickly. I have to put it on the charger every 24hrs. I don't even have a lot going thru my watch mostly wear it for fitness tracking and to see messages or calls when phone is far.

I'm thrilled with my new Galaxy Watch 7! Its health monitoring features have become an invaluable part of my daily routine. The accurate heart rate tracking keeps me informed during workouts and rest periods, while the advanced sleep tracking provides insightful data to optimize my sleep patterns. The stress monitoring feature has been a lifesaver, helping me recognize and manage stress effectively.
The SpO2 measurement and blood pressure monitoring (where available) add an extra layer of health insights. The sleek design and comfortable fit make it a pleasure to wear all day long. This watch isn't just a tech accessory; it's a true health companion that empowers me to live a healthier life.

My Fitbit Charge 6 finally died so I went with Galaxy Watch 7 which I always wanted. It seems compared to my Fitbit, that the step count is a lot less with the Galaxy. The battery life could be better. I wear my watch 24/7 so I charge it when I take a shower in the morning and again when I take a shower at night, sometimes I have to keep it on the charger another 10 minutes or so to get to 100%. Other than that, I am enjoying my watch. I really only use the workout part for the treadmill, eliptical at the gym. it was kinda pricey for me, but glad I pulled the trigger. Also, I have a small wrist, so it is a rather large face, but that seems to be "in" now...lol

The Samsung Galaxy 7 Watch has so many features and apps. I've had it for almost a month, but I'm delightfully discovering new things. I got it to keep track of my health, but it dies much more than that. Now I can find my phone so quickly. I can't wait to find more accessories for the watch.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY GALAXY WATCH 7!!!!!! First one I had was the 6 and then upgraded to the 7 when it came out last year and I really liked the 7 quite a bit better especially the way the screen has a raise up from the screen it's self. "You would literally have to see and compare the 2 to see this lol" its not too aweful noticable but I definitely noticed it right off. Its not a big deal or dealbreaker by far and the watch 6 is stunning I just liked the looks of the 7 better is all. Love these watches....
