I originally got this because my Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic cracked from hitting the screen on a table. Now that I got this watch, I actually like the design of the square behind the rotating bezel. Love the design of the three buttons on the side. I like how they included a wristband that looks professional on the outside, but the inner part is a silicon material. I ordered separately a band for non-professional situations. I use the watch mostly for leisure and checking steps when it comes to active days. Also, this might make me sound old, but I realized wearing my Galaxy Watch6 classic helped me never to miss a call or not see a message, so continuing with a smartwatch made sense for me. Battery life is not bad, but I charge every night before I go to sleep, it is at 100% when I wake up.

Coming from watch 6 classic and happy samsung brought back the rotating bezel, the watch looks very classy and the battery life has been 1.5-2 days with all health tracking. The watch is considerably smoother than 6 classic.

I wanted to upgrade for my watch 6 classic but didn't like the square design of the ultra watch. The watch it classic was perfect to me having that same screen brightness as the ultra, but a more circular design with the rotational bezel made it look more like a classic watch. Pair this with a stainless steel band. The screen resolution is a huge upgrade as well as battery life and health/sleep monitoring have been significantly improved. The watch is very responsive and smooth. The black or white color of this watch still has a full stainless steel body the only thing that changes is the ring on top of the display, the side color near the buttons and the back of the watch. Smart Switch transferred my old watch settings instantly even matching the existing digital watch face.

I love my new Galaxy watch 8! It is stylish, chock filled with features and feels very comfortable wearing all day and night! Highly recommended!

Great watch that feels different from the Galaxy watch Ultra. This one feels much smaller and more comfortable to wear. The rotating bezel is a great addition that should've never been taken away.

Purchased as a gift for my husband to replace his 6 year old smartwatch. He loves everything about the watch, the sleek look, all the features, and the battery life. The display is clear, crisp, and easy to read. He receieved so many compliments. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a watch for my health, and this one fit what I was looking for. I walk every morning and use the walking app in the health settings. It keeps track of distance, time heart rate plus more. I read reviews and saw complaints about battery life. Yes, the battery life is about 1 day, but if you read the apps you install it tells you that it will shorten battery life. When new and no apps applied, the battery life was over 2 days. I enjoy the life coach on the watch. The only complaint I have is I wish the charging cable was longer.

I am so glad I decided to upgrade to this watch. It's got a great classic look. Holds the charge a long-time. Well worth the money

Great watch. Highly recommend. I had my old Samsung watch for about 6 years waiting for the outer bevel to be brought back. Glad I waited couldnt be happier with the options, battery life, comfort and size of this watch. Only watch anyone in my family owns.

Positive. I have been more meaningful in my daily routine. The reminders to stretch breaks up my daily activities when I may be intense on a situation. The sporty look is pleasing but the band is white so I use for certain occasions and replace with a black one for daily usage.

I finally decided to upgrade my Galaxy 5. I love having the bezel back. It is stylish and very easy to use. I like the band. Battery last 2 days even with charging only to 80 percent

I am very pleased with the new Classic layout. I was quite reluctant with the new design. It combines the benefits of the Classic4 (bezel and looks) and the Pro5 (battery life) added to the faster processor and more responsive sensors.

I really like this watch. It appears to be of very good quality and the design is great. I think this is an excellent choice and hope to keep it for a lomg time. I do not use the AOD, and I only charge every two days, usually with 30% battery left.

I really like the design of this version of the classic. It is striking to look at! Especially so if you pait with a stainless steel band. The battery life seems greatly improved over previous generations so that is definitely a good thing. I don't think you will regret getting this.

A bit top heavy going from gw5 to gw8. When looking at the watch from a stand still you feel a difference. Watch is definitely faster and less laggy and I like the rotating bezel.
