This phone by far is an excellent phone. Foldable to fit a small bag, jacket pocket & etc.. Function, nothing is missing. Does what you expect Samsung Smartphone is suppose to do. THANKS Samsung.

The ability to fold makes it the smaller size I've been looking for to fit in my pocket, yet it opens up to a larger full screen to read and use my apps. fully functional … the only ask in a future version would be to have a larger notification window on the cover when it is closed … otherwise no complaints!

I’m a phone enthusiast who buys most of the cutting edge tech products and I initially bought the Moto razr and absolutely regretted it after 10 minutes. I recently was lucky enough to get my hands on the black z-flip and its absolutely amazing and I recommend it to anyone who can afford the $1480 w/tax. If you are on the fence I suggest that you stop in Best Buy and play with the display and you will be hooked and buy it as soon as it’s available again.

I Love my Galaxy Z Flip Phone! It fits into my purse better, the pictures are great, you can open it 1/2 way to stand on it's own. The only thing is it's slippery......Get a good protector case to protect it when you drop it. No other complaints!!

I really liked the build quality the folding glass feels awesome very well made i really liked everything when its opened i don't mind the crease. The only issue that I had was the notification exterior screen is just too small to read anything

This phone is compact, easy to use, good camera, and other connects, liked it so much bought one for my wife. She loves it too.

This phone is great. I've owned it for about a week and my only complaint is that it needs more grip. I ordered a ring for the back because it is kind of awkward to hold. I've been using it with two hands at all times and still have some hand pain while using it for more than just a few minutes. I think as long as you follow the directions samsung gives upon receiving the phone you will be fine and it will last you many years. I would recommend getting the accidental replacement plan best buy offers because this phone is very expensive and accidents do happen. It takes a lot of the worry away with owning such a new piece of technology.

This is a fantastic piece of technology that is very well done for being a 2nd shot at a brand new technology. That being said, you can't treat it like you would any other phone. It's fragile and more precaution is necessary when using.

Easy to learn after you've already used a Samsung phone. Fits so easily into a woman's pant pocket!

I owned my phone for a week now but I dropped it and got a dent on the hinge and Samsung is charging $540 to fix it sadly but over all the phone is great just babysit it and don’t drop it

While owning the galaxy s20 ultra, I needed to downsize dramatically. Which is a given. The ultra is made just for the massive size. I get it. Anyway, Needing to be able to pocket my phone while at work, this awesome phone is perfect. It lives up to everything I was hoping. Quality has been amazing.

The Best Buy website made it easy to upgrade my AT&T account with a Samsung Z Flip. The price is the best price anywhere including AT&T itself. The price is less than some used ones on Amazon. Only had the Z Flip for a week and it is great so far.

l love my phone it is sleek, it has a nice weight to it, and stuff that you would have to buy for your Iphone already comes with this phone like a case, and most importantly the thing you will need to plug into the wall. IT'S A MUST HAVE!!

Live the phone so far! Fits so much better in my pocket. Specs seem just as good as the Note 10 plus I had before. So far so good.

Don't believe the reviews. If your comparing this phone with the S20 then yes, its not as good a phone. The Z Flip is like an upgraded S10 but of course you can flip the phone which is basically what your paying for and the style and uniqueness of it. I've had no problems whatsoever and just love my phone. I upgraded from a Note 5 so for me it was worth it.

It sucked couldnt get service on it no matter who i talked to i will never buy a phone online and have at&t for my service provider.......
