Excellent deal & worth of getting. It’s so stylish and easy to use

Such a cool phone. I bought it for both my father and husband, the learning curve is not bad, the color is gorgeous. The display is clear, and the size is reasonable. Its a bit larger than I hoped when folded but overall its almost perfect. The sound quality is solid and the display feels less delicate because it is able to fold closed. Speaker works well. Everyone is impressed by this when my dad or husband use it. We get compliments all the time.

I love this phone. It was a huge upgrade from my Galaxy S8. It is easy to use. The flip aspect makes it easy to fit in my pocket. The convenient outside screen enables you to see reminders, alarms etc. without opening the phone, as well as shutting off alarm or dismissing announcement. It has full day battery life, although I am not a gamer. Camera takes great photos and it is very convenient in that it allow you to take a photo when in a 90 degree bent position. There is nothing that I don't like about this phone, thus the 5* review.

So far so good. I've only had it for a couple of weeks. It fits in my pocket a lot better than the S10 I had before. You can talk with it opened or closed, that's nice. I haven't figured everything out yet, but that's part of the fun of a new phone. I am paranoid that I am going to hurt the plastic screen. You have to be really careful with that, and there's no protector you can buy for it.

This phone is well made works works as it's supposed to is durable and would last for quite a long time period my problem with this phone is is the software.. It seems that these manufacturers today these manufacturers today thank that everybody has a computer programer. The operation and setup of these phone's should be simplified

Great phone with slim body. The folding screen has great display quality as well.

We haven't had a flip since 2004 and boy did we miss them! Thank you Samsung for making such a great product and for the crew at BestBuy (Mat S. and Adiel for making this purchase so easy and so much fun. We get compliments ALL the time! The phone is a perfect size, so it easily fits in a pocket better than other phones of its size. There are no more pocket calls because it's a flip phone. Transfer of information was the easiest we have ever done! Do walk, run to get this phone!

The best feature of this phone how compct it is. The camera pictures are clear and sharp.

Screen is nice and big and folds up to a nice compact. You may notice the crease but i think its fine. Definitely try it in store.

The BB employee had to really work for his money while jumping through hoops to get my phone activated on Verizon. (All Verizon issues, not the BB employee's.) He remained calm and professional through it all! Kudos! --- I love my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3! I've teased my husband for years about still using a flip phone, he jokes that I now have a flip phone!

The product is almost as good as the service.Great display and easy to use

I did not think I would like this phone, but it has really grown on me. At the current pricing for verizon, its worth taking a chance. I use for work, so great for a quick peek of notifications then can open answer and close. If I were to daily drive this for my personal use, I would need to charge frequently as the battery life will not hold up

Love this phone. Small when not using and large when I am using.

Having been a Samsung phone user for 11 years now I was interested in this phone for a practical reason. No pocket surfing. Yeah, it looks cool, and going back to a flip phone is awesome. I did research and most others loved the phone too. Only having it for 24 hours I can't say how durable the screen will be. So far I am impressed with it. Yes, there is a crease in the center but it's really not noticeable when on and it doesn't bother me to run my finger over it. The battery life will be the biggest concern for most people who may purchase it. For me, it's no biggie because I am not forever on my phone. Overall I do recommend it.

Not sure if it waa because i got lucky and waa able to purchase this phone for $399 on a one day only sale that makes it better but i absolutely love this phone. If iI were to have one complaint it would be the battery life to last a little bit longer. My husband is a Medevac pilot and now he wants one. It fits way better and would be more convenient in his shoulder pocket of his flight suit. Its sits really easy in the hand. No bulkiness. The speaker sound blew me away. It sounds like bose. The video quality is amazing. Veryuser friendly. I cant wait until the Flip5
