excellent service, the item cell phone is very very good quality

I am NOT a heavy user of my phone and the screen is delaminating in the middle where it folds. I have had the phone less than a year and have scheduled service which is supposed to be covered by warranty. We will see how the appointment goes. I absolutely love the size of the phone in my pocket. This is the primary reason I have kept the phone. The screen collects dust and debris like crazy. This was very annoying in the beginning, but I got used to it since I really appreciated the comfort of carrying this phone in my pocket or even in my hand. I never felt the need to get a phone protector because the phone was very secure in my hands. I was planning to keep this phone for many years, but the failure of the screen right before the warranty expired is of great concern to me. This is the primary reason for the low review. Even if it is fixed by warranty, does it mean that the phone will only last for two years? My sister got the same phone and had the same issue within the first year. Seems like this is a fundamental issue with the design and a very good reason to stay away if you are like me and prefer to keep your technology for several years.

It has great image quality, takes amazing pictures and long lasting battery. It's compact and fits in every pocket I've thrown it in. However there is chance that the crease in the middle gets bad. My girlfriend's phone has that issue and so far mine is not as bad but definitely is noticeable.

It's a decent device. I wouldn't pay full price for this phone. Device upgrades are a plus..bigger front screen, power sharing and 5G. If the opening of the phone was a one hand operation it would get 5*

I purchased this phone after my Samsung S9 back cover started to separate. So far it’s been great. I feel it’s phone for people that use as a phone, it’s compact form factor is ideal and compact, and when unfolded it becomes a fairly large phone with lighting quick refresh response. The battery life has not been an issue, yet.

Don't get me wrong, I love this phone! The flip part is both fun and practical...heck, when it's folded it's smaller than my wallet. I'm having fun being back with an Android phone after years of using iPhones...now, with that being said... I have to admit that the battery life is a bit scary some days. I take my phone off the charger around 6:45am on a work day and use it fairly regularly throughout the day. If I go right home after work, it's around 40%. Unfortunately, on a couple nights a week I go out right from work and by the time I get home we're looking at about 10%. In my situation, maybe having a charger at work or in the car would help...in fact, it would help. I just haven't gotten around to it.

When I went looking for a new phone I didn't think I would purchase the flip 3 but I did and I'm glad I did. Love it!! Phone is small which I like easy to carry in back pocket. Camera takes good pictures.

My previous phone jumped out my window, while I was on shift. I've learned to thoroughly enjoy this phone.

Phone is fast, trashed great pictures and works just like a Galaxy with the flip option. My wife loves it.

Love this phone. Still learn Iearnjng how to use. This phone comes with no instructions or accessories. I love the fact that ut fits in my pocket and no chance of falling out.

Not a fan of phone, can actually break under the screen. Can not remove plastic film or will damage phone, not to mention plastic film will crack with in a year. Battery drains to quickly while using.

I recieved my phone in the mail 3 days early which was great! Thank you for that. So far the flip is fantastic it has so many neat features to it and makes it very easy to use. My favorite part about the flip is that you can have a the phone closed and it still be functional so if i were to drop it the screen is still protected! Another great feature is you can scroll through your notifications from the outside without having to open the phone. It is very compact and i love it!

This is a great phone. I love that it folds so small so it's easier to carry.

Good phone, easy to use, battery is adequate, and it does all the things you expect from a smartphone plus it folds in half for easy storage in your pocket.

Fresh and different Phone all the rectangular slabs.Flip works perfectly and i see nicely that i can swipe thru the photos at bottom part and see photo at top portion.We can do new things with this.

Okay phone but middle feels weird or if i move it hard it will break.

Bought this phone for my wife and she loves it. It her first samsung phone.
