Bought for my teenage daughter. It's her first "new" phone after years of hand-me-downs, and she loves it. Her previous phone wasn't capable of running certain apps she needed for school, and while we didn't plan to get this particular phone, it was on sale, and available, so it followed us home. The external screen is one of her favorite features.

The phone gets too hot a times when playing games or charging.

This phone kept getting too hot and closing all apps. Had to return it. The Bestbuy guy said I wasn't the first one to return this phone due to overheating.

Good foldable phone, very convenient to keep in your pocket

TERRIBLE phone! Because of the folding of the phone, the creases across the middle of the phone display was terrible. I had it replaced at Best Buy after approximately 3 months - at least it was under warranty! BB employee advised me not to fold the phone any longer to prevent a repeat. In addition, the battery is lousy. I have to charge the phone throughout the day.

I have had 2 samsung flip phones and once the screen died, 2nd one it got stuck in flip half way would not close and parts of the screen went black.

I really fell in love with the Bora Purple color. So far I have not had any issues. Working as expected.
