    Out of box phones are damaged!

    The out of box items are awful. They dont tell you the truth about its condition and the geek squad charges to fix your phone claiming its the manufacturing that is responsible. I also have a galaxy 5 fold that stopped working and samsung would not fix with out a 250 payment. I was still in warranty when I brought it in and the Geek squad wanted $258. Samsung doesnt honor the warranty and Best Buy lied about the condition. The Samsung was over 800 dollars and didnt last 4 months. Why are you selling bad phones to good faithful customers. You cant reach anyone on the phone and the nanager that helped me did not return my request to contact me. I have a charge account for some years and this is how i am treated? Why?????

    It is not that good when we compare it with razr+. A lot of applications won't play on the secondary screen. The best thing is having a warranty on the screen. When I tried to use the NFC, it didn't work.

    It is a great novelty and practical, but the build quality could be better, screen broke, and Samsung service is asking for 400 USD to fix it, awful customer service! You are better off with an iPhone or any other phone without foldable screen or at least not from Samsung

    I had the worst expirrance at best buy saceamento i purchased a flip phone with insurance and they are not honuoring my insurace after somethimg haplpned to my phone and on top of that i baught a ge washer dryer combo and again are not honouring my insurace. Ive spent so much money at best by and they have literally helped me with nothing.... that will be the last time i will ever shop there! My advice to u is keep all your recieptz!!

    I bought this phone and they sold me o. The Best Buy plus membership and it was a fight to get them to help me with the extended warranty. I showed up at Best Buy and they told me to make an appointment to see geeksquad when I showed up to my appointment they told me they couldn’t help and to call 1888 BestBuy, I called and they told me to go back to the store finally got someone to help me after I voiced my frustrations with not being helped. Why sell that service if you are going to make it a nightmare to use it.

    The phone was good while it lasted. After a couple months past the 12 month warranty screen had pixel problems that progressed to flashing insanely bright lights. My gut me not to buy this but I did anyway from all the promotions. I'll never buy again. And its always been in a case.

    Very cool little Fone but I’m going back to my S23+! The battery only hold for a few hrs compared to a full day with the S23 :(

    Horrible service from the store manager, they dont care about customers… i had to go through live agents to get help … even then when i got approved through live agents for a price match they still wouldnt help.. i doubt ill be getting geek squad, terrible experience

    The phone lasted less than a year. The screen broke, it didnt crack but now it doesn't work and the price to repair it costs almost the same amount as the phone. Don't waste your money.

    I was very excited to get this phone it worked fine for 1 year after 1year recently there is software update on feb 14th i just updated to new software and suddenly got screen fluctuations and the down part of phone screen getting fluctuations with green screen so i went to the store get this resolve but they said they can't do anything i suggest please dont buy these phones.... Iam so disappointed by this phone...

    Expectations not met — the device is way too sensitive, and with all the opening and closing, the screen started acting up after just six months. Super frustrating!

    Don't buy. A year later my screen is not working. It has dots and lines. Changing the screen is $388+ tax

    Freezes all the time spellcheck doesnt work touch doesnt work. Started messing up exactly to the day I couldnt return. Would not recommend. Even the guy at store couldnt fix... for the money im so disappointed

    Do not buy this phone. It's cute! It's niche! It's a conversation piece! But I've had it since late May of 2024, and the screen has broken twice. The first time it took over $400 to replace. Now, after falling out of my pocket, it has broken again. What's the point in wasting the money on something cute if it's so easily broken?
