If i dis not rely on my phone 24/7 ot would be perfect however its achiles heel is battery for a power user it is not enough i will still give it 5 stars because feom a usability and practically standpoint it is perdect

Amazing phone no issues with it and plenty of storage.the customer service is amazing just over all a great time.

The cover display has just enough functionality for me to use my favorite apps on it, but not get too distracted. I wish more apps supported being able to start on the outside screen and continue on the inside

Love the phone. It was too small and I kept losing it so I had it upgrade to the bigger fold. That way, i'd always know who we're my phone was flip. What's the bomb biggity?

Some useful features, but damage vulnerability and lack of comprehensive repair coverage

This phone was working fine until there was a software update. My touchscreen stopped working after a software update, there is not even a scratch on the phone. I reached out to samsung and went to a repair store they recommended. They shared that I need to get the entire inner screen replaced which will cost $389 dollars, I checked online and looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. Samsung is not willing to cover the replacement cost, I am never buying a samsung phone again, its feel like a scam.

Love the new feature on the front screen, definitely much more easier to use. The crease is definitely less visible. Very happy with the new phone.
