Any samsung is awesome. Best phones out there. Fast and takes very nice pics as well.

Bought this phone in early December, 2024. The phone worked great for 11 months, then the charging port failed. That was replaced under warranty at uBreakiFix, but it still wouldn't charge via port; they said it was a software problem. Then, less than a week later, the phone froze, the main screen would not respond. I had to send the phone to Samsung repair in Texas. They fixed it under the 12-month warranty, but I had no phone for over a week, and since it has an esim, I didn't have access to my phone number, which was a nightmare. I acquired a Moto G 2025 as a backup phone, which worked great. I have been a Samsung customer for decades (x495 flip, S5, S10), but the Z flip has a design flaw that allows dust to enter through the hinge and freeze the main screen. The whole experience with my Z Flip6 has been so unpleasant, my next primary phone, if I stick with a flip, will probably be a Motorola Razr.

Switched from an iphone... been using the iphone from the first generation... was nervous of the switch... used smart switch and it made the switch a breeze...

Bought this phone and within a few weeks the screen stopped working on it and had to call samsung to get help. Fortunately the phone had warranty so i sent the phone i to Samsung for them to check it out and they fixed it for free. Took about 3 weeks for them to fix it and ship it back but has worked fine since.

I love my galaxy flip phone 5. Its my 3rd, because I also had the 4 and 5. The customer service reps at BEST BUY are always helpful explaining the details and offerings of deals.
