Its my 3rd, because I also had the 4 and 5. The customer service reps at BEST BUY are always helpful explaining the details and offerings of deals.

Fortunately the phone had warranty so i sent the phone i to Samsung for them to check it out and they fixed it for free. Took about 3 weeks for them to fix it and ship it back but has worked fine since.

Overheats all the time
