Love the flip aspect of it. Still getting used to it as I always had iphone but best buy made the process for transfering everything very nicely. Ive dropped this phone so many times already and no marks or breakage. Highly recommend!

I owned this piece of garbage for only 6 weeks and the screen went black. Very Important! Best Buy does NOT warranty Samsung phones! After a trip across Houston to the Only Samsung store, I was told that Samsung would not be able to warranty the product because of lines in the screen where the screen folded! I intend to reach out to Samsung to relay my dissatisfaction with this very subpar product.

Purchased phone for my husband and myself. After only 33 days my husbands phone quit working. First there was a dark line at the hinge on the main display, then 24 hours later it turned black from the hinge down. Called Samsung, directed us to UBreakIfix to review for warranty. Representative stated that screen was separating and there was hinge damage. He also stated that Samsung would not accept for return under their 1-year warranty. We purchased a cover case for it and have not dropped the phone. As I said it has only been 33 days, to me this is a production problem from the start. So now we have an expensive paperweight. I would suggest no one to buy any of the flip phones, Samsung should quit making them if this is going to happen. I can only hope that my phone doesn't do this as well. We have been a long time Samsung customers - at least 6 TVs and numerous phones for that is all we have boughten in years. With the Samsung support and no compensation after such a short time, they have lost us as a customer.

Switched to the flip from an iPhone, great phone but I missed my iPhone and went back. Still would recommend this phone to anyone though!

Would have had 5 stars but the screen is so sensitive. Make sure to get a good case, don't pick at the sides, and get manufacturer or phone carrier insurance.

The phone is great. It replaced an older Samsung flip phone. I l8ke the size because it fits better in my pants pocket. The last one lasted 5 years and we hope this one will as well.

I love the folding feature of the Samsung Z Flip 7. Folding it allows it to fit in your front pocket.

I never recievd this item. When the first order came in, it was nothing but an empty box. I called customer service for assistance and he said a replacement would be sent in about 5 days. I waited almost an entire WEEK AND HALF. The order stayed in "order recieved" status since the call to customer service was made. I still have not received my refund and I'm really close to bringing the law into this.
