Broke after 3 months it started getting a line where the fold was then the screen started acting funny the went all white and blsck could see any thing

a ok phone yet can easily break if not protected in a hard back box so when you get a protection plan it only helps you once then you need to buy another a total of 600.00 dollars for two warranties and on third phone in 3 months would of had to pay for another if not for cell phone company coverage

Good little phone but boy do i miss the stylis and the fold is really cool same with the hinge

Hate the size of Flip 7

The Flip 7 is slightly wider than my Flip 5. You wouldn't think that it would make that much of a difference, but it does. It no longer fits comfortably in my hand, and I dropped it 3 times in the first day. My hand started to ache from having to grip it so tightly.
Note: I am a mature woman with small hands, and my Flip 5 was the perfect size for me.

Very gimmicky! Hardly works as desired. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Battery doesn’t charge for over 10 hours. Overall a bad experience when I compare it with my previous Samsung products.

I had the phone for a little over a month and the inside screen is blacked out but the outside screen work... :/ no.. it did not get wet of physically damaged.
