Almost perfect (a little more battery and a little better camera would take it to the next level. I had a z flip 5 and the difference between these two are astounding.

I love it :) better than iphone i honestly was debating for a long time and im glad i made the change.

It breaks very quickly. I have one phone and I told you it hasn't even been a year and suddenly it can't display pictures for me to see. I took it to a repair company and they said I dropped the phone and the screen broke. I didn't even drop it.

If your Galaxy Z Flip7 has suddenly stopped displaying your photos, please be sure to clear the Gallery app cache/data, check for hidden albums, and grant storage permissions. Go to Settings > Apps > Gallery > Storage and select "Clear cache" and "Clear data". Long-press the Gallery app icon, tap the app info icon (top right), go to Permissions > Photos and videos, and set to Allow all. Open Gallery, tap the three lines (Menu) or three dots, select "Hide or unhide albums," and toggle off any hidden albums. I ansolutely love Samsung flip phones and have owned everyone since they existed, but this model 7 is the worse. I get no signal at all in places i normally get signal. I have tried it all. It does it quite often.
Buy at your own risk. Im hoping samsung will fix this.

Beautiful phone however, if you are darker the camera will wash you out and make you look like the walking dead. It makes absolutely no sense that the front camera is amazing but the back one looks like a flip phone from the early 2000’s. Outside of that the phone offered a lot of nostalgic fun that we don’t see with a lot of devices anymore.

Pre-ordered a Samsung phone for next-day delivery — it was delayed, then stolen before it even got to me. FedEx delivered an empty box. Best Buy reshipped, promised next-day delivery again, and delayed it again. After almost two weeks of waiting, I canceled. My daughter had already traded in her iPhone for this.
Still no refund. Just excuses and runaround from customer service. Worst buying experience I’ve had.
