This was my first time switching back from Apple and it was well worth every penny. The phone has taken almost every issue of the past and resolved it. The interface is smooth and the screen quality is fantastic. The difference with the 120hz panel is truly game changing. Anyone that uses their phone for work looking at documents and emails needs a 120hz display. The display moves so smoothly. Wireless changing works great and all around am happy with the fit and feel of the device. I'm curious to see what cases and screen protector come out to help protect the device because durability is my main concern.

Samsung has refined the very first Galaxy fold thoroughly. The Galaxy Z Fold2 5G is unlike any other phone on the market. If you want to stick out and have the latest technology in your hands this is a must-buy. Remember that big $2,000 price tag is warranted considering all of the amazing technology you get in a premium experience that this phone offers It's A huge step above the Rest. WOW!

Had the Fold1 and then switched to the Fold2. Huge improvements as the front screen is so much more accessible and the inner screen is gorgeous. Hardware design is sleek and fits comfortably in your hand. If you have the money would highly recommend! Go with the Black, its truly Mystic Black. Don't be fooled by the Mystic Bronze which is actually Rose Gold ~~

I had the original fold what a nightmare but this is absolutely a solid gorgeous mystical bronze..Definitely feels like your holding $2k

I love the device, jumped from Iphone 11 Pro Max to the new Fold 2 and I just can put it down. The build and quality does feel like its worth the price. Only issue why I returned it and got the unlocked version was I was sold on the Tab S7 plus and the verizon version locked the call and text feature. I hope this helps those that are interested and don't know if verizon version and unlocked matters.

I love the z fold 2! The young lady that helped me in the Wichita East location was very helpful! She had to order the phone and I received it within 24 hours. Getting used to the phone, as im aifelong Apple user until now. Apples customer service was so bad I switched to an android.

Phone is fast and fun watching Netflix Big screen when needed. Love the phone

Beautiful phone. Only thing is since purchasing, no drops or spills or anything damaging, however two different spots on my inner tablet screen have started producing dead cells. Both spots occurred after using the phone in perfect condition, the battery died, plugged the phone in, (with the charger in the box), after a few minutes powering back on, dead pixels. Both spots happened within 2 weeks of each other. I'm thinking it could possibly be a defect which Samsung will hopefully fix. Using the side fingerprint button is a little out of the way, especially with being right handed. I think it might be more useful to scan the inside of my index finger. An awesome feature it has is enabled in settings, but its called dual messenger. It allows you to download the same app twice, and log in to two separate accounts at the same time. You can also separate your contacts list. So far I've used it on Facebook, messenger, and snapchat, although snapchat still doesn't allow a way to sign into the same account on two different devices. Hopefully they will add it as a setting with upcoming updates. The only reason I selected no on if I would refer it to a friend, is price. A couple bands could do more for them than a phone would, unless their rich and in that case I'd tell them to get a different phone, try it out/review it, and then we can switch or something (insert shrug emoji, insert laugh emoji).

I'm enjoying the large screen on this phone. It's great for watching videos. The phone is a little heavier than other phones I've had, but the option of the larger screen makes up for that in my opinion.

I have to give it to SAMSUNG this new Z FOLD 2 is AWESOME. Great screen great sound. The function of this are great no other phone like it out there. Yes the price is high but if you are always on your phone working gaming or watching movies or whatever then this is it. I have shown a few friends and they are going to get this.

My son got this phone and LOVES it. He is a YouTube creator and uses it as a phone and tablet all in one. I am seriously considering getting this for my next new phone. A bigger screen as you get older is fantastic and this one folds in half.

I have been wanting this phone for a while but was skeptical about a folding screen. It's amazing! The build quality is top notch. Though it seems like it's fragile, it feels sturdy if that makes sense. Fast, and fluid and transferring from a previous Samsung is easy!

I can never go back to a regular phone again this device is superior in very way the only negatives is for the price more should have came with the Z Fold 2 any how hopefully next one will have sd slot and water proof would be nice i traded my note 10 and got 650$ off ..

I alway like having the phone with the biggest screen I can get so when I saw the fold on sale i had to pick it up. Not dissatisfied at all over all great phone. But good luck trying to find a case you like

It is absolutely amazing, and versatile! Goes from phone to tablet instantly! Easy to use and love all the features of multi window, for the multi tasker in me!

Z Fold 2 5G has been an excellent experience; no issues, everything works as advertised, love the big screen. Do wish there was a holster available ... Best Buy sales associate was very good!
