the phone itself is awesome as i have checked out in store displays, however my preorder is still "delayed" with no sign of an actual ship date in site. Maybe don't preorder this phone everyone. Starting to get the PS5 feel about it.

One side of screen froze and I factory reset than it got worse.. and Best Buy refused to exchange it
