The phone itself is awesome, but less than 30 days in and i have screen burn in. The manager at the 71st st location in tulsa basically told me i was outside of warranty and he didnt offer to help me at all.

Unfortunately it's been 3 weeks and I still do not have the phone. So I cannot give a review.

As soon as I get it I will review it until then 1 star on Samsung part not best buy

I have had the phone about a month now and have to say I absolutely love it. I was really unsure about the form factor for the first couple days but it has continued to grow on me to the point I don't see myself getting another phone that is not this form factor. It's incredibly easy to use with one hand when it's folded, which is great for the times I'm trying to just do something quickly on the go. When unfolded, I love the extra screen real estate and productivity I get out of it. Being able to multitask between my email, documents, and electronic records on this phone has become a normal part of my daily workflow and there are times when I ignore my iPad because I can just as easily whip out the Fold to take care of a few things. The phone is pricey but well worth it in my eyes. I'm so glad I went for this over the Flip.

This phone is literally the dopest thing i have ever owned. I am constantly amazed at the capabilities and the galaxy charm is right there with it. Listen, i opened the box in store with a few other customers gathered around and people were losing their minds lol!! The entire experience was amazing. I used the smart switch app that the best buy staff suggested and all my apps were on the phone once it booted up. Love it.

Fantastic phone. No complaints so far. Only complaint is the battery life is a little less than my Galaxy Note 10

its way over price if ur going charge this amount least put a sd card slot and 4800 mah the note 20 ultra get better battery life than this does by 100mah more plus don't like it this phone looks like it can ware out as much open and close u do and looks like u can break it in one hit also google play store sucks all their apps crash and don't even work like Best Buy app, hp smart app, and plug in this phone should been price cheaper like at least 1,400 dollars or 1,500 dollars

I like everything about this phone.. the front panel took a little getting used to but once you get used to it it's no problem.. if you're on the fence about buying this phone I highly recommend it you won't regret it...

You think this phone is better than the iPhone disagree for $1800 you get lower resolution cameras and a big tablet that if you push on it the screen will crack and you’re honestly saying this phone is better than Every other phone on the market consider the 21 ultra for that all the iPhone but not this piece of crap

in about 5 years I can see open and close the phone will wear out I felt that way when i play on it at Best Buy on display and looks like it can break easily sorry its not worth 1,799.99 do not buy
