I love this phone. I was upset at first because they kept canceling my order and not telling me why. When I finally got the phone it took me forever to get it updated.

If I could give Zero Stars, I would....and it is to Best Buy and to Samsung. Their Z Fold phone screens are faulty and they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEM. Buy at your own peril. Seriously. My internal fold screen broke after 3 weeks when it was simply opened. Have a car....no damage to the phone....never dropped, set down wrong....folded quickly. I babied this phone like a tea cup. I scheduled a time to have it looked at. Tech from Geek squad told me it was an issue....Samsung and Best Buy were aware of the issue. "Happens a lot" was a quote. He stated they were well aware, but they were not stand behind it and it would need to be fixed NOT UNDER WARRANTY. Roughly $ 500.00 to fix. I have spent over $7000.00 at Best Buy in the past 12 months....tv's, phones, security. This will be the end of my relationship with them. They are a shadow of the company they used to be.

Stay away 3 months later the display do not reconise comands

Screen is black and do not know whom to contact for the warranty.

Inside screen only lasted 3 months until it started to crease.

I was suppose get Fold 4 but got scammed for Fold 3

Kept freezing and had to return, would not like the face recognition

I have had this phone for less than a year and the screen went black all down the center where the screen folds. So now the right side of the screen is not responsive. I have contacted samsung regarding the warranty and they sent me to there partner repair services and they are not willing to look at my phone based on samsung regulations. Now i am left with a $2000 phone that does not work.

I've had it less than 10 days, but so far so good. Decided to select the Z3 since the main upgrade on Z4 is the Camera. Saved about $400. Opted for the S Pen and use that for the Penup app, opening multiple apps, playing games, etc. To avoid scratching front screen, I opted for a screen protector. Battery life is pretty good. Charge once every 24 hours. What may help my battery life is I don't stream a lot. Camera is better than what I had so no complaints there. The phone is definitely heavier, so I will need to adjust to that.
