Beautiful phone! Screen is amazing! Battery life is great so far. If you are the type that drops your phone, would not buy. Seems extremely delicate. Highly recommend getting protection plan.

A Great Fold Phone but Look for the Fold 4 or 5

Overall it's a solid phone with great performance but I had several issues with it: 1. Screen began to splinter down the middle fold within a year 2. The aspect ratio Samsung chose is super baffling. No idea why they went with such a stretched vertical screen. Makes sense when it's open but the Google Pixel Fold makes a lot more sense with its aspect ratio. It's so bad to the point that I always found myself unfolding it every time just to use it. 3. Inside camera is essentially pointless. It works, but the quality is so poor, it would have been better to not even have. 4. Never been a fan of Samsung's UI. It's not the worst but I definitely prefer Google's Pixel UI. With all of that said, there's plenty to enjoy! 1. The folding aspect is awesome for just about everything; scrolling social media, typing, entertainment, gaming, etc. 2. The screen is smooth with great colors and contrast, per the usual with Samsung! 3. The Rear camera is pretty awesome and high quality 4. While the battery isn't amazing, it worked great and lasted a long time especially with the extra screens. Wireless charging with it was pretty good too 5. 512GB is plenty of storage for a cell phone when paired with Cloud Photos/Videos 6. It's solidly built. At no point did I feel like I was going to break the screens. 7. Great sound, especially when folded open while watching a movie or playing a game. 8. More than enough performance for a phone. It never faltered the entire time I used the phone, even in gaming I bought mine almost a year after it came out and it was significantly cheaper. It was before the Fold 4 even came out. I would recommend going with the Fold 4 or 5 though as I have heard they fixed some of the QC with the fold screen on those ones.

The good Is fast ,no lag, display is great , 2 apeaker are loud, when open everything is bigger and refresh rate 120hz is super smooth. The bad Ia heavy, hard to fit a case, with a case can slide down the notifications bar easy, im using UAG civilian highly recommend, battery drain fast , slow charge on wireless or non super fast chargers 25w+, i think wouldn't survive a drop on a hard surface like concrete,no micro sd, camera quality is no good. Instagram is not full screen. Overall is good phone the reasons i bought it becase Samsung note not in production this year.

I decided to pick up this phone because the screen on my note 10+ was acting up. Initially I was worried about how the fold would sit in my pocket, but it honestly isnt too bad. I dont notice it any more than I did with my prior note devices (3, 5, 9, 10+) Although this is already the 3rd generation of this phone, there still needs to be some refinement of how the apps switch from cloae to open, and visa versa. Since this is really the only model out there with this capability, it will be a while until more functionality between that transition is fine tuned, unless other devices begin to adopt this format. Coming from the galaxy note 10+, i was on a 60hz screen. Getting bumped up to the 120hz was a nice surprise. I knew the refresh rate was updated, but its more of a situation that you dont appreciate it until you start to live with it. Battery life is usually what I see as a complaint for this phone. Considering that the battery size is smaller than the other flagships put there, and large screens, plus 120hz refresh rate, Im not sure how expecting longer battery life is reasonable. In addition to being my personal phone, I also use it to respond to work emails/chats, and find the battery life sufficient to get me through the day. I also dont have social media accounts, so im not as glued to my phone with posting stories and whatnot, however i do occasiinally browse reddit threads. Some drawbacks: The front screen in folded form is a bit skinny for my preference, although it is beneficial for those that usually have a rough time reaching the whole keyboard. The galaxy s pen z fold edition should have been implemented with more functionality as designed with the note series. I feel for the price point of 50 USD, or 80 USD with the case, is a bit high for the basic features it has. I thought that since the note wasnt getting an updated model in 2021, the innovation should have been shifted to the z fold series. This phone is definitely a niche market phone, but I think is a good step forward for advancing phones to the next level. As we progress through the many iterations if flagships, its becoming harder to warrant spending 1k+ on a phone that has minimal upgrades to the prior rendition.

Coming from an iPhone Pro to this Fold 3 is such a huge upgrade. The iPhone had become boring and I was ready for a change. After doing my research about the upcoming iPhone it was just the same ol same ol. I love the huge screen on this Fold 3. The crease is barely noticeable, and the OS as come a very long way for Android from just a couple of years ago. I paired this with some Galaxy Buds Pro, as well as a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and they all work together in sync.

Samsung Fold 3 upgrade from Note 9

Samsung Fold 3 upgrade from Samsung Note 9. I am a multigenerational s Samsung Note user. I was sad to hear the Note line was going to be discontinued. I was very curious about the Samsung fold with bigger (internal) screen. This is best phone i have had yet, it looks amazing, awesome cameras, great screens, and Note pen functionality. (Partial downside is pen is held on via case, but acceptable compromise from Note series.) Had phone for 5+ months. No issues so far.

Game-Changer Product to Increase Your Productivity

This is a game-changer product. I was hesitant to upgrade from my Note 10 plus. I've been a die-hard Note owner ever since the Note 2 and have owned every single one except the Note 7 (I would have owned that too but couldn't get my hands on one). Anyways, my old Note 10+ was reaching end-of-life. No 5G and going on 2 years. I was concerned about the ZFold3's camera, lack of S-Pen, no memory slot for extra storage. But I took the plunge and I can't see myself holding a candy bar-style phone again. The ability to open up the screen makes my life so much more productive. Am still learning how to multi-window on it to optimize usage. And the 120 Hz screen is such a relief on the eyes. I can read Kindle books in color without getting weary eyes. I'm also big on YouTube as my learning platform. I am using Microsoft Teams for work and now the entire Office 365 suite. Next, I'll be looking into DEX for the full engineering/ remote programmer experience.

Great phone/tablet with all the features I was wanting after they stopped making the Note this year. Shouldn't have to buy the pen separately for a phone this expensive. Cases are hard to find that work well.

I was highly skeptikal of this device at first. The thought of a folding utg seemed very odd and like a bad idea. I really thought it would break quickly. After using it for some time I find myself liking the device more and more everyday. Coming from the s21 ultra this is a good upgrade. Not much difference in the main selfie camera or the cameras in the back. The under display camera is something to be desired for photos but is more than fine for meetings. The display is also fantastic. Very clean and clear. The utg is holding up much better than than I thought and is actually pretty durable. All in all this is a solid device and I'm looking forward to the future versions of it.

This phone rocks! No problem with the fold, and you have three screens to display. It's a little heavy, but you get used to it after the first day.

I am happy with this phone. The multiple screens are very useful. The only complaint I have is the battery life. I listen to pod casts at work all day and watch videos during my breaks. I have to charge my phone when I get home because I am usually down to 25%. I do use the charge function where it only charges to 85% to extend my battery life.

Not the best choice for a phone, especially for men with larger hands, or for business when in a hurry. Front screen buttons aren't synced properly, forcing you to open phone every time. But it's great for kids watching videos while on the road or out to dinner

Amazing phone! Easy-to-use and the huge foldable screen has stunning charity. Big sports fan so watching games away from home as never been better. Very intuitive as well. Just wished there was a light when screen is locked showing phone is charging or a missee alert. But in the end, highly recommend.

So far I'm loving it. It's heavy, bit that's to be expected. It's great for watching videos and playing games when it's unfolded. There are some customization functions that are tricky like individual text tones, but it can be done! I'm still learning, but I like it so far.
