I was incredibly skeptical about a folding phone, but I wanted one so badly for years. With geek squad protection, I think I'll be ok. I never noticed the crease when using. Just when the screen is off and in the correct lighting. I love this phone

It was a solid phone until the charging stopped working. Can't say the same for Samsung customer service/warranty.

I absolutely love my new phone. It is a great product. Slim, light weight and easy to use. I enjoy being able to unfold it and see pictures, documents on a larger screen.

I returned this per policy, But Best Buy cancelled the gift certificates of $375. but did not refund the money , they deducted $375, Not possible to get anybody on the phone at Best Buy to sort out. One chat person actually told me to dispute it at the Bank, Crazy, finally got on to a supervisor and he's says he's working on it, not so sure, Be careful

This phone is the envy of everyone who sees it. Nothing else like it anywhere. Only one caution, it is heavy. Don't buy this product if you have no strength.
