I purchased this item on 09/11/24. Today the top part broke while I was just holding the phone. I tryed being very careful with my new phone. I never dropped it, and it still broke. I think that thos is just a poor design, made on Samsung's part. I very disappointed in this product but I still like the pen on the back.

I spent an hour on the phone for more than an hour with a Samsung rep from overseas. They asked for a receipt, a copy of the invoice, a picture of the case , and a picture of the serial number on the case. NEVER EVER,EVER ORDER A SAMSUMG CASE. Then they want you to send the case so they can examine the broken before they send you a new case.

It feels like a cheap pastic. But the s pen was great. The case list it for $99.99 i would say $99 worth for the s pen and .99 for the case. I end up throw the case in the trash and only keep the s pen.

Designed by someone who had never seen the phone

The only thing working for this product is the S-Pen (Considering it costs 50 bucks on its own). Aside from that this was deaigned by someone who had never seen the phone before. The case its self covers the fingerprint reader and the simcard slot. If you say travel somewhere that you need to swap out a sim card its like you're forced to pull the front piece off and good luck getting it back on because it uses double stick tape. Then the rear piece completely blocks the finherprint reader so its pointless if you're trying to use biometrics for security. Worst $100 I've ever spent to be honest.
