    Better than Fitbit

Better fitness tracker than fitbit if you have an android. I can't speak on the functionality with iOS. It's your basic fitness tracker with some extras. I like controlling my music with it and being able to log caffeine and water intake from the watch. GPS is a plus. I don't need a phone when running. Just hook up bluetooth headphones, listen to music on the fit 2 and GPS built in. Battery takes a hit though.

First let me say, that as a cyclist, I have been using Garmin products for years. I have had my VivoFit on my wrist now for almost a year without having to remove and charge it. It works perfectly and connects to the free app so you can see your stats at a glance for comparison.....as a sports watch should. I was excited about trying this since I have been a loyal Samsung user until they started integrating their batteries into their phones like Apple. It is the same with this "sports" watch. I LOVE the bright watch face and how it wakes up when you mover your wrist. The bright display can also be changed. I noticed about a week in that it was KILLING the battery on my phone being in constant contact and I also noticed that there were many days when it would not read my heart rate or steps - but it was great at checking my email every few minutes. Samsung also recommends you not get it wet....... it is a sports watch and if you are like me, you work out hard and sweat a great deal. Even still, that did not appear to be an issue. After disconnecting it from my phone, things went back to normal. I also dont like having to charge it every other day. My Garmin battery should last about a year, then replace and good for another year. This one............ as time on the campaign has gone on and I have lost interest in this product, I have forgotten it on the charger more frequently. Cool product, but I also bought a cheap knock off that does most of the same things from China and it only cost me $8.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! Very simple to use, monitors HR and activity without having to press a button. Love the notification features, too!

I was a happy camper when I started using this watch. Over the course of 3 months, one of the 2 golden charging posts on the back started to erode. I'm on my 3rd replacement. Pros: Comfortable, stylish, battery lasts about 3 days, water resistant, power saving mode available (extends battery life). Cons: Regular mode (every time I turn my wrist, watch automatically turns on depleting battery life quickly), 3 months of normal wear and tear has caused charging posts to erode.

Easy to use, fast processing, great color palette, light weight. Seems more durable than previous Samsung tablets. To soon to rate on long term reliability.

I researched many fitness trackers. I wanted something that did steps, stairs, and monitored my sleep at a bare minimum. This device has all that, plus HR monitoring, basic watch functions, exercise tracking, and water and caffeine intake. It also has its own internal storage for music and Bluetooth headphone connection making music possible without taking a separate device. On top of all these features is a beautiful color LCD display that can have any number of interfaces, many available for download. My main beef is with the app. Samsung recently released an iOS app and the connectivity with the device is spotty at best. Many times I have to turn Bluetooth on and off on each device until somehow they magically pair. In addition, as compared to my previous experience with the Fitbit app, the interaction with the various data collected is fair at best, bordering on poor. The app is very uninspired. Battery life is just ok; on the plus side charging doesn't take long so it can be done while sitting and watching a show in the evening without losing my sleep monitoring.

Overall seems to be a good device. Great screen, does a wide variety of things. Seems to lose Bluetooth connection every other day or so. Frustrating because you have to reconnect it. Also you have to download an alarm app if you want it to wake you up with vibrating alarm. GPS works well, Battery life is reasonable - about 2 days not nearly as long as advertised but charges quick.

It's a Samsung. What would you expect? It's a very, very, very good device. Although there is some "apps" already in it, you still may download same others (using you cell phone) in order to have exactly what you want in it. You can download since activities monitoring and running maps until many, many faces for your watch. It's important to say yet that this device isn't so thick like other bends and, due to this, it's more beautiful and more comfortable to use or even to sleep. (It can monitor our sleeping time and quality too). I really recommend you to buy it instead other bends.

It is a nice activity tracker but battery life is not very good. Pros: GPS, Multiple activities to track, 4 gigs of storage for music to play through Bluetooth headphones, receives texts and other notifications Cons: battery life, need to charge every day, heart rate monitor not very accurate when exercising( has my heart rate at 250 bpm) If the battery life was longer I would rate 5 stars.

Received free with the Note7. I wanted to get into a smart watch at some point and tried this one. I like the size as it does not get in the way. Although with the form factor, everyone thinks it's a fit bit. The vibration for notifications is great and I find myself not turning on my phone as much to see time or look at emails when they come in. I put a screen protector on it caus I always bump into stuff. Those work great on it. Battery life is said to be 4 days, um no. If you use it like t should you get one day. I have screen on all time for clock and motion to open up watch. Connect via BT only and still get one day. That's fine, the included charger does its thing over night. Not many apps to run on this, but it can also be a music player on its own for exercises. Having a priority charger means you need to take it with you or get another one for travel. This watch is meant for more exercise people, but I like to know my heart rate for normal day to day activities and when I do light workouts. Recommend to friends. Hopefully more apps will be available to it in future.

This item came free with the purchase of the Note 7. The touch screen is dead on. GPS is amazing. Heart rate monitor works great. This fitness watch is second to none. Looking to buy one for my wife. My only complaints are on the battery and it's lifespan (2-3 days) and the limited responses you can send from the watch itself. Great product overall and happy I received the product!

I bought this watch to get my notifications on. I love the fact that my phone can be on silent and my watch will vibrate when I get a new message or call. The screen is great and the battery last about 2 days without charging. Great watch.

The Samsung gear fit 2 has all the right ideas, but not the right functionality. The auto sport function kicks on and says I am riding a bicycle when I am driving (manual) or on the motorcycle. If you shower with this device or it gets too wet, the gyro meter inside gets funky, and you will look down and see you have climbed 89 flights of stairs walking to your bedroom. Other than these little quirks, the face plate is nice, and fully customizable. The software runs really smoothly, and when linked with your phone, the results have a nice easily navigable page. The one thing I like the most about this watch is the sleep record, it tracks pretty accurately, and gives a nice display of when you were active or not during your sleep cycle. The watch has a nice fit, and isn't too bulky, and the wrist strap is very comfortable.

Great simple sport watch. Not overloaded with useless features. It has just enough. Unfortunately, I lost it in the canal. The band sucked at keeping this on your wrist, but it was comfortable. It was this watches best and worst feature.
