my watch will only sync with a samsung phone. my LG phone will not connect to the phone. the blue tooth and web settings will not work . to set up the watch I had to use someone elses samsung galaxy 3 phone. The watch other than that works fine and it is large enough to read. Buy a garmin or fit bit.

I love this device. It provides personal data along with the check ins you want out of a fitbit device. The fallback, not too many workout sites or my companys Live Well plan link to Samsung devices. Only other brands. So I still log those sites manually. However, this device helps me keep track.

The heart rate monitor is simple and will monitor throughout the day. Another pro is that they upgraded the clasp on this model; It is more like a watch clasp which is more comfortable and has little chance of falling off like the previous model. It does a good job of tracking steps and calories. The con would be the battery life, I'm lucky if I can get 2 1/2 days on it before needing to charge it. Overall I am very happy with this, I just hope the next model will have a way better battery life!

I really like the the fitness tracking. It's got me out walking more. I'm not a fan of the battery life, and how long it takes to charge. But over all great device by Samsung.

I bought this for my wife but after 15 days of use it has become more of an ornament for the battery life on this unit is short like 4 hours then it dies, there is no back button available so you have to go to the menu you want 1 by 1 by 1 or should I say swipe by swipe.... If I had to do it again I get a REAL sports watch - NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH SAMSUNG on this one

The tracker seems to be working good. But I am getting only 1 day of battery life.

I love the form factor of the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro but the lackluster Samsung Health app (and partner apps) and poor batter life make it less than ideal. Pros: 1. Cost ($149 over holdiays) 2, Vibrant screen 3. Notifications with customizable prefilled text replies 4. Built in GPS 5. narrow profile 6. Good watch band / clasp Cons: 1, Heart rate monitor not accurate. Played basketball and never got over 99 2. Lackluster battery (36 hours with wifi off, screen brightness turned down and most notifications disabled). Also, no notification it needs to be charged until it's close to being dead. 3. Samsung Health App is light years behind Fitbit and Garmin. Kludge view of your health info and not intuitively designed. For the price it delivers everything you'd want and more. But coming from the super intuitive and data friendly Fitbit apps I found it lacking

Nice watch for overall fitness training. The best part is the swim tracker. It is accurate for swimming laps in a pool. It does also a decent job on sleep tracking. Lightweight and overall pleased with this watch/fitness tracker!

This is my second gear fit and really like it! Notifications are awesome and is very lightweight and comfortable. I use it with an s9 and love that too!!!

As expected, the watch is great for receiving quick messages as well as fitness tracking. I have only found a couple of things that this thing doesn't do that my previous smartwatch did. 1) This watch will tell you when the alarm is set, but doesn't vibrate or make any sounds when the alarm on the phone sounds. 2) The music app requires you to download the music to the watch and then be played there via bluetooth. My other watch used an app to control Google Play Music app on my phone directly. Both of these issues are minor and do not detract from the usability of the watch.

Bought this for my wife she uses it with er Samsung galaxy s6 and loves the features.

My wife and I bought these because we both have Samsung phones and we wanted them to sync without issue. But after wearing for a week they seemed to be lacking some features we wanted, detailed sleep tracking was one. Overall the watch was comfortable and well made. It was a smaller profile which we both liked. The charge did not seem to hold more than 3 days for either of us which is not a huge deal but we hoped for longer. We ended up returning these and getting Fit Bit Charge 3's.

Pairs with my Samsung phone and devices. Be sure to get the extended warranty. Never had any fitness tracker outlive protection plan.

This keeps track of heart rate, steps taken, stairs climbed, text messages (- when synced with phone), plays your favorite music, can be put on "waterproof", and tells time. This thing is amazing. I have finally managed to get my daughter to wear a watch,
