I absolutely love my gear s2 it does so many different things its amazing. My favorite part about it is that it notifies me when i have a text or a phone call.

Well made, durable, easy to view. I use it mostly for keeping time to be honest. I can read texts on it but to me the watch is best for notifications of calls, texts, etc. Much easier to just reach in my pocket and read everything on my actual phone. The exercise tracker on my phone seems less accurate than the one on my Samsung Edge. Maybe it does more than I think it does.

This watch does everything you could ask for, I can leave my phone set somewhere and all have all connectivity. Only thing it lacks is a speaker for calls.

Love the watch. Easy to use. Easy to connect to phone. Great to personalize your watch. I also love that you can change the bands to different colors.

My son took me to buy a smart watch for a gift. He's had 2 pebbles and loved them. I have a Samsung phone and tablet. This watch has all the features one needs! The bezel is such a great feature. I can do activities when I'm "on call" for work and not worry about getting alerted. My wrist just vibrates. Battery lasts well. I charge every night as a habit. I got nice secondary watch bands to switch out. I wanted that feature as well. I got an open box item that was still wrapped inside. I highly recommend this. The voice feature has some bugs, but that's not a deal killer for me.

The reviews that the battery life was not great have proven to be true for me. ( I am not running many of the apps that are options though.. such as ESPN, CNN, etc. ) This has been a great way to track my daily steps, water intake and sleep. I really like the reminders to get up and stretch or get moving throughout the day. My favorite function is the text messages and phone call alerts that many times I don't hear go off on my phone. This has been very helpful when I cant have my phone out or on me.. I also really like the variety of changeable watch faces.

I bought this watch a little over a week ago. Its awesome. It has been so useful. I use it to monitor my heart rate (i have a heart condition) my sleep patterns my exercise everything. And its so nice being able to get my notices on my watch without messing with my phone. Its very comfortable to wear plus the water proof of this watch is amazing. I work in a restaurant so my hands are always getting wet and its nice to not worry about my watch.

I bought this as a gift for my son and he absolutely loves it! Its easy to retrieve and respond to any messages.

Wish there were more apps and able to see more things but still way better than getting my phone out when it goes off

I love this watch... it does everything I wanted it to and more. I needed so I can my notifications while my phone is put away and it definitely does that!

Technology at the tip of your fingertips. So many options that can be done without the phone. Makes things easier when the phone is not easily accessible.

s is a great product, but I did not understand that you could not use it to answer calls like the old model I had.

There are many things to like about the gear s 2 such as a nice style, similar features to android wear and the ability to use the dial around the watch face to scroll. However, the issues are that the watch is slow on voice recognition and half the time it doesn't know who your trying to contact. On the other hand my spouse has an android wear watch and it is accurate 90% of the time, which still isn't ideal or perfect. The gear s2 is good but not great.

Loved the watch. I wasn't completely happy that you couldn't make phone calls due to the lack of a speaker.

Gets you your notifications quick charge lasts me about 3 days and it only takes 2 hours to reach 100% I recommend this 100%

I bought this for my wife after returning the popular alternative. This watch was easy to activate and pair with her Samsung phone. The changing of the bands and digital face made a huge difference in my decision. My wife was extremely active before, but with the friendly reminder to get moving and daily tally of your activity she now sets her goals to beat every day. Considering the price of watches that only tell the time, this is an easy value purchase.

I am very pleased with the watch. Extremely convenient with excellent blue tooth connectivity. The battery lasts for 2 days. Totally worth the purchase.

This was a gift for my girlfriend & she loves it. Both of her jobs, but more so, her 2nd job, she's on the move & receives a lot of job related incoming calls, texts & emails. Her job doesn't allow her to sit around & wait for these contacts and she can't hear all of them when her phone is in her pocket. The Gear 2 allows her to see each contact come in & know who's calling, what the text says or what the email info is. She can then respond to those as needed. Along with her Bluetooth headset, she doesn't even need to reach for her phone.

The watch works well when paired with a Samsung phone. However, I'd like to see it have a longer battery life. Also it would be nice if it had more apps.
