Love my watch! I've been using it to count my steps and I love having it tell me to start moving when I don't. Great features it's great for me to use when I'm at work. I can't answer my calls which is OK because I can't use my phone at work but I could definitely send a quick reply via text.

The possibilities with the Samsung Smartwatch are limitless. All the features can be read online-what I enjoy the most is the ability of receiving phone calls and talk with my phone!! All the other functions are great! Easy to charge! Very discreet when I am in meetings without the need to check my phone and keep myself up-to-date of what's going on. Highly recommend it!

I love this watchx very fast and good for on the go. it does lack security features tho... for example when I take it off my wrist it takes too long to lock the watch. the integration between it and my galaxy work well. fast and rarely clitches. I would say the activity tracker needs some updating

I bought this watch for my son at Best Buy my son loves his watch he always has it on he's always cleaning and taking care of it he has an Apple Watch that we got from Best Buy but I believe he likes the Samsung watch better. I just wish that if there was a sale coming up they would've told me I could to save 300 on the watch because it would've came with the phone .

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and did not realize that it did not work as a phone but merely a notification of calls and texts. Seems pretty useless. Might as well just use the phone's notification capabilities. Returned to store

Love this watch! While I preferred the square shape of the Gear S (previous watch), the connectivity of this is awesome! Left the house to go to the grocery store 7 miles away, managed to forget my phone, and still received the call on the watch! Fantastic product, Samsung! Bought at BestBuy and had the Samsung rep explain its features and sync to my phone!

My husband wanted to get a smart watch for his Samsung. After much discussion with the Samsung rep, he went with this watch. We returned it the next day. Contrary to what he told us, we couldn't make/answer phone calls. There's no external speaker so you have to have wireless headphones linked to it. Admittedly, we didn't go into Best Buy expecting to buy this, so we didn't do pre-purchase research. We relied on the reps in-store. I'm not sure we'll get the new one, once available, since you need to buy a data plan for it (it isn't like the Apple Watch). But the design is nice and he liked the way this one looked and functioned better than the Apple.

This is a great smartwatch, i love the features and it's style. However, The band is faulty. If you do some research online you will hear that many users have the same problem with the band breaking. After 2 months of off and on use, my watch band simply snapped when putting it on one morning. Do yourself a favor and buy the classic model. It uses regular watch bands (i think?). Youll have more options when searching for a replacement band on amazon or any other site.
