    This was advertised as refurbished so I was a little bit leary buying it. But so glad I took the risk. I'm very happy with it and have not had any problems with it so far. This is the second time I've had a laptop, but this one is a much better quality than the off brand I had before. I'm not tech savvy so I have no clue why someone would return it. I'm sure glad they did though . Saved me a lot of money.

    Never had a chromeOS, but from what i can tell it will be perfect for my needs. I like Samsung products, so that was a selling point along with price, it was a great deal.
