I was exited to get this refurnished laptop. As soon a i opened it i noticed a few minor scratches which i would of hoped to not have. I did not complain because it had great specs for the price. Once i turned it on i noticed the speakers were off and it was complicated to figure out what it was. Turns out it was muted. Once i got them working i noticed that they made a popping sound when i started viewing videos or turned the laptop on and i thought about taking it back to best buy buy i did not have the time so i've just felt with its popping noise. Other then the speakers everything else works fine. Oh and the touchpad does not have a scroll you have to download a drive.Good screen quality handles online game quite smooth and very good looks. I would recommended for someone on a budget.

I hope this product could come with 12 inches screen. Otherwise, I am so happy with my purchase. No defect at all.. I also compared this laptop to Sony Viao cor i5, 6 GB memory, I found this Sumsong is as fast as the core i 5.. With that price, this is way better than any other brand to get

A very good value laptop, I use it for school and work, if you are getting a laptop I recommend this one because is the best one you are getting for 349.99 dlls. I use it with adobe photoshop and microsoft office, facebook, youtube, hardcore videogames, and youtube.

I got the refurbished model and am pretty happy overall with its performance. It came without some software necessary for WiDi functions, but I downloaded it from Intel website and it's working fine. Considering I paid about $370, I have no complaints on this computer.

I am very happy with my purchase. Impressed with the refurbished laptop by Geek Squad, operates as good as if not better than a new one, just with out all the packaging. Windows 8 takes some getting used to but works well once you get the hang of it.

This laptop is replacing my old dell I had for 2 years, I like this laptop, I couldn't believe the price when I saw it, I was skeptic but when I got it i turned it on and start playing with it , It convinced me I made the right choice on buying this laptop, I would recommend this laptop to anyone who likes to save money. It's a laptop. I think it works for an around the house laptop, but am reluctant to carry it to work or whereever because of size and weight. But, perfect for watching movies or playing around at home.

I had a few reservations about getting a refurbished laptop, but I have been very happy with my decision. I have to say though that while I watch some TV shows I do not watch many movies, nor do I play any of those fancy 3D games.

We bought this pc because our previous was having hard drive issues. Got this one for just under 400 geek squad certified when new it is 600 plus at other sites. So far it is a great upgrade from our previous laptop!

I take a lot of time and research before buying any product. I am really pleased with my purchase .No problems so far . Window 8 is hard to get used to but I think I'm not the only one

Screen flickered never bothered with it after that. I wouldn't buy it wouldn't let anyone else buy it.

I got this laptop a little under a year ago. I ordered it online and only paid $399 for it brand new. The matte display looks really good and is easy to keep clean. Overall its been a good laptop, but yesterday the top two speakers stopped working, so the only working speaker is the subwoofer on the bottom making everything muffled. The main thing I use this for is watching Netflix/you tube/ etc. so the speakers are important. To top it all off the headphone jack stopped working too, and the touch pad wont let me "two finger scroll" any more. I ordered a Toshiba touch screen last night and will pick it up today at best buy, hope this one lasts me a couple years. Overall this laptop was great (when it worked). Other reviews say its good, I think I just got a lemon.
