I bought open box and the usb dongle was missing. This makes the nice sleek matching mouse and keyboard useless. I tried to call and get some assistance with this matter but I got the run around. Small issue that shows a lack of service. I can’t even submit a simple complaint. Please Best Buy get back to me.

Price was great could not tell it had even ever been opened before. Nice big beautiful touch screen display...couldn't think of anything more I want...may get another for the house
